--[X] In exchange for navigational charts listing the locations of known Borg attractors the crews of the USS Voyager and MRSS Val Jean formally agree to take all reasonable action to avoid interacting with said attractors.

--[X] USS Voyager would like to accept a Kazon exchange officer who while acting within Voyager's fleet's chain-of-command will be free to make reports to the Kazon of Voyager and its actions, so that the Sect may ascertain if Voyager is keeping to its agreements. The exchange officer may bring aboard their own fighter craft or warp capable shuttle if they deem it necessary. In exchange the officer will act as guide through know space, provide advice and assistance when it comes to interacting with races that the Kazon have previously established relationships with, and should they be a member of the Kazon fighter corps both teach Voyager's pilots the intricacies of dogfighting and provide insight into improving the fighting capabilities of her current shuttle fleet. In the interest of future cooperation Voyager would be open to sharing technical advancements in fighter design made in conjunction with the Kazon exchange officer that do not violate the Kazon's own policies on acceptable levels of technological advancement as well as Starfleet's policies on sharing sensitive technologies.

--[X] USS Voyager proposes a treaty wherein they and the Kazon agree to share information pertaining to the Borg so as to improve both sides chances of surviving an encounter with the all consuming species. Neither side will however be obligated under the terms of the treaty to provide direct military assistance were they to encounter the Borg given that the overwhelming nature of the Borg's military strength would make such an obligation tantamount to enforced suicide. To service the timely transfer of information on the Borg and allow the Kazon exchange officer to more easily send communiques, Voyager and the Kazon will work to establish a dedicated line of communications between them. Such an avenue of communications need not be real time but it must be one that can allow both sides to reach the other quickly in case of an emergency.

--[X] USS Voyager agrees to deconstruct the dark matter nebula on two conditions: 1.) They must first ascertain with an acceptable degree of confidence that doing so will not result in undue harm to those aboard their vessels. 2.) They would request from the Kazon an escort ship of similar capabilities to a Romulan Bird-of-Prey, preferably one capable of atmospheric operations. A preexisting vessel will be acceptable however if the Kazon are inclined to create a new hull the Voyager crew would like to contribute to the design that will be constructed.
