Basically, a Jotaro that made a mistake while fighting DIO and was killed by him when he though he was already dead, ending in a mutual-kill for the two... the title was just begging for it.

actually g;ad somebody got half the reference if you remind me later i will set out minor bonus options for you though if you figure out the other half you get a full bonus if anybody else figures it out they get a minor to choose from aswell
 
Pretty sure it's not an OP, unless it's Fairy Tail but "Strike Back" didn't fit the pattern of the title, so I did a google on "anime song stand and strike" and the first result was Naruto's "Strong and Strike".
