Sage also is under threat to be reprogrammed thanks to they technopath powers as well just like they did with Metal Sonic in the comics and the rest of the badnik horde in the quest.
Just because she manage to go under their nose it doesn't mean it was not extremely dangerous for her to do so.
Do not not underestimated the Deadly Six, the Conch is not even a silver bullet to fight but a necessary equipment that give us at least a fighting chance against them.
I never said that he was willing to wait forever but he at least wait for a little longer than other heroes.
Look I just saying we should recruit him by Turn 4 since Piastol in my opinion is more critical since we really lack a Mystic Unit and the amount of magical artifacts around make this a necessity, specially since Eggman according to his trait is only willing to enteryaing artifacts from Sonic verse as something more than a power source.
First of all we lost Fang because of Mystery Box but in turn give this mini-adeventure.
This is a setting full of brim with magical artifacts and one of the member of the Deadly Six dabbles in dark magic and has access to all of Eggman's esoteric research he did in the past or were planning to do in the future.

It'd be more prudent to spend our heart action on something that may be more immediately useful against the Zeti or at the very least not recruiting a hero unit that will force us to spend actions on them.

Don't think Fang was that big of a loss, so what if we have a harder time finding random McGuffins? We have access to potentially anything that Eggman and his variations have ever built in our heads, most of them boss-tier.
And we are not really using them for anything
We could have been considering we recently got an influx of metal and other supplies.

And that matters why? The ship is only an easy Loyalty boost. We still need to help that character with their searching. When we already are in what feels like AP debt.

Alarming. I was willing to believe it was Majima doing all that because that's just how he rolls. But it might have been someone else wanting us to recruit him? Not sure how to feel about that.
At any rate, I'm still for recruiting Majima, but no reason we can't get a mystic hero too.
The point isn't that it's hard, it's that it's that we had to devote an action to them at all.
An action that we could have used on anything else.

dude, most hero units will rerquiere you to devote an acvtion or 2 at them if you want them to work for eggman. Exceptions being Thunderbolt and Nephptys, just telling you that cause if you expect other heros to not want something for working for Eggman, you will be dissapointed.
Nack was time limited, on turn 4-5 you were losing him if not recrutied before, the mystery box just speed it up, but don't assume he wasnt limited at all.

Sure, and what about the other actions? Are they ALSO things that can wait for us to EVENTUALLY kick Zeti ass?
Edit: The more Hero Units we try to get, the more our AP suffers and we have to juggle dozens of worth of AP expenditure while also having to deal with the other Kings and trying to hide.
It is not a good look.
