I'm fairly sure we can leave our other neighbors be for the time being as long as we leave some defenses, and with a few specific exceptions our grunts should be more than enough to handle most eveything.
Our first priority should be building up our powerbase and forces, we don't need much for now but we'll need at least one Ace before we start waging a proper war.

So I think first priority will make a batch of Egg Pawns since the little guys besides being the common foot soldier of the Eggman Empire are also versetile enough to serve as construction workers.
Egg Pawns: The general foot solider of the Eggman Empire that counts more on their number than their ability but are surprisingly durable. Come equipped with Egg Guns and Egg Spears.
Metal Cost: 10
Bonus: +5 to combat rolls
Horde Tactics: The first unit of this badnik does not count towards the Power Cap of any task.
Quizon: Mass-produced badniks designed to be the construction back bone of the Eggman Empire which are rarely seen on the frontlines.

Yup, on turn 1 you will have an option to repair Metal Sonic, so luckily Eggman can have his greatest creation back in no time.
Black Arms are in Space, but they have managed to dig in some presence in Green Hills.
Will explain more in detail soon, and if i can, will make a map to represent exactly how the balance of Power is in Green Hills.

Well in the Archie comics specifically the crossover with the entirety of the Sega ip eggman created a device to mind control the Zetti granted those versions didn't have the whole takeover technology, but the conch will help keep them under control and if we can ever figure out how to make something to put a collar on them that acts like the conch were golden.*Snaps fingers* Bingo. We'll need a heavy hitter if we're going to fight the monsters of this world. The Deadly six have a critical weakness but we can't rely on that.

RED ZONE-Zavok-controls 65% of green hills.
BLACK ZONE-Black Arms-controls 5% of green hills
BLUE ZONE-The Restoration-controls 20% of green hills.
YELLOW ZONE-???(You guys will need to figure it out, which might happen soon)-controls 10% of green hills.
