I'd say badnik upgrades. I want to get ragnite armor and ring power, I'm also pretty curious if researching rings could lead to us getting dark rings which would solve there biggest issue (people taking the rings after the badniks been destroyed) since they disintegrate when the badnik breaks, and would also potentially let us get Metal Sonic Kai.

Seriously however? We COULD allow Starline to research the Dark Arms DNA with us. I know some may prefer doing it with Sage, but we have no idea when the Dark Arms will appear again. So passing even the first DC may be useful enough.
Starline does have a 50% chance of halving his bonus so be warned.
No arguments here. They're all pretty easy and have been piling up for a while now.
Though maybe Ring gathering bots first. Logistics and all that.
We can save the big brain actions for Sage.
Two pathes I think. We seize the oppertunity and wipe out the D6. (If possible)
Or we take the time to properly establish our position. (Logistics, Loyalty, etc?)
I'm leaning towards the second option espesially with an adventure scheduled.
Oh, and upgrade Metal. We need him up to speed so he can fight Selvaria.

BTW, I presume this would trigger Eggtronics and Isara's skill.
Meaning this is one of the few instances where Eggman + Isara is superior to Eggman + Sage
We might be able to finish the 6 off faster if things go well, but a generally solid plan.

Once we win this battle we need to urbanize our public territory for the upcoming refugee wave.
Either way I think is a good time to upgrade the badniks using rings.
Like we have a large stock of them and either way the action itself will only star affect us to any badnik from now on being built not the current ones we have.
Maybe study ragnite aid for our heroes?
I already recommended recruiting the two zombie hero units and trying to replicate their condition. they seem perfectly happy like that so it shouldn't be too big of a problem
They are very much the exception to zombies from house of the dead
Also they are still you know DEAD
Plus, we want to get our favorite wacky yauzka man next turn
even if they are the exception they still show that friendly zombies can be created, and this was in response to being asked for a form of necromancy.
and what exactly is the problem with them being dead anyway? they definitely don't seem to mind.
