Sure Tier 2 and Tier 3 are good and powerful badniks but look how much fire power we can do bringing just Tier 1 badniks to the field and just under 40 Power Cap too.
Like he's the type of player that play these strategy games and go straight to Elite units while completely ignoring the cheaper and weaker ones once he get the appropriate upgrades.
