I'm not going to weigh in on the logic of either side's arguments, but I will ask that everyone read over what they write and really consider if the words they used are polite and won't be inflammatory intentionally or not. You cant account for people's tolerances perfectly but at least try to say your piece without saying things that can be easily construed as overly dismissive of the other side of the argument, thank you.

Although Speed is winning already, another argument in favour of following the order from the riddle is that Thungni was presumably aware that someone could stumble on this location without solving the riddle or even knowing there was a riddle at all.

Making it only possible to get to his hammer if you had previously solved the riddle would make sense.

You know when Clark Kent needs to turn into Superman he takes the Eye glasses off.
When Snorri needs to change identity he takes his Eye off.

Good arguments all around, and likely that even if it is a test we'll end up needing to do all of them anyway. Dawi aren't going to let you get away with anything as pedestrian as not testing you in other ways because you picked the right order.
