The car speeds down the highway, turning a corner and merging into the main road. The marshy plains of the Irving Nature Park peeking up on the horizon, the information center comes into view, and finally, the city's exit sign. You continue on, going under a pass way, slowing down as the Harbour Bridge comes into view. The city's hollywood-esque sign can barely be made out over the fog and across the roiling river that is the reversing falls. You turn off before the bridge, heading upwards to the west side, stopping at the top of the turn, then heading down the road past the slightly dilapidated buildings, turning a final time down your family home street. The bright-blue house greets you, it's paint chipped by the constant fog and less than pleasant weather.
Your car turns into the circular driveway, around the old oak tree, where a single tire swing sits on a lone branch. you stop the car underneath the overhanging balcony, just outside the garage doors. A turn of the keys kills the engine, and a twist of your body gets you out of the car. You're perspiring a bit from the extreme humidity the city is bathed in during the summer season, wiping a bit of the salty sweat off your forehead. The car door slams as you walk around and up the slight hill of the driveway, turning to take the stairs two at a time. a key slips out of your pocket into your hand, and you open the backdoor lobby.
The flight of stair creaks as you go up, ascending to the second floor. You pull off your shoes when you reach the top floor, noticing how it's only the third pair in the hand-made shoe rack. The dark green of the shoe rack matches the coat hanger and the umbrella holder, which sits besides the well worn door. You let out a breath as you put yourself in front of the door, knocking twice. It takes a few seconds before the door swings open, and the sight in front of you can't help but bring a smile to your face. It's your mother, her hair gray but well kept, wrinkles in spots you don't remember, with sparkling blue eyes locking with yours. She's lost a considerable amount of weight, but still looks as healthy as ever. She rushes forwards and brings you into a bone-crushing hug.
"Welcome Home!" She says with overflowing kindness in her voice. The hug feels... nice, it's something that you dearly missed. "Come in, come in! take a seat, you look parched from that damned weather..." Your mother turns around, and you enter the kitchen. The cabinets line the walls, and the old stove has been replaced with a newer model. The fridge besides the door hums slightly, and a small pull-out table besides it sits in the corner. The room smells of spices and baking, and is well lit. Your mother pulls out a glass for you and fills it as you take a seat. "You know, I didn't even realize it had been ten years since you graduated at Champlain's, it completely snuck up on me!" She frowns slightly as she gets back to the partly prepared meal. "ten years, time just flies by these days." She looks up to a hung picture above the light switch, showing you, your parents and your younger sister. You catch the sight of your father in the framed memory, he always seemed to be frowning in family pictures, you never really remembered why.
You spend an hour chatting away with your mother before bringing up luggage from the car, and setting it in your old room. Before unpacking thought, you head to the bathroom. like most of the door in the house, the wooden frame creaks as it's pushed open, and you can't help but catch a look in the mirror...

Should keep some points spare for other traits. I'd make it powerfully social between charisma and appearance, then cut the wealth a bit.

Millicent's eyes are slightly deadened, like usual. She's dressed conservatively, and is looking somewhat put together. "Oh. It's you." She speaks in that monotone voice that she usually has when her thoughts are scattered.
You spend a few minutes trying to talk with your sister, but don't get far. She's constantly cynical, barely responding to your questions. "So." She starts "What have you been up to recently?"

"Huh. that's... good." Frankly, you're starting to remember why you stopped talking to your sister, she's freaking depressing. "I'm..." Milly doesn't even finish the sentence, she just walks off.
It's a few hours later when your mother serves her famous butter-chicken curry. It's quiet at the meal, slightly depressing as well. She gives you an overview of what's been happening in the city. The Reversing Falls Jet Tours was recently closed due to an incident, Your grandfather's business recently got another large scale contract, Your childhood friend came over yesterday asking about when you were arriving, Uncle Ron moved back from Calgary... Frankly, it's a lot of things you missed out on.
You finish up the night washing helping around the house, picking up the dishes, that sort of thing. You end up nodding off early in the night.
You awake hours later, in the middle of the night, sweating like crazy. It was another nightmare, one in a series now.
The house is completely silent save the slight creaking of it's foundation through the wind. The bedroom's window is entirely filled with fog, blocking out everything but the light from the moon. You get up, going to grab a glass of water.
Area Description
The upper floor of the house has nine rooms, built into a rectangle. In the front of the house is a sun room, no bigger than 2x3 meters. It's at the front of the main hall, which has a staircase going down to the front door, which lies under the sun room. The Main bedroom is to the left of the sunroom, roughly 4x4 meters, with the door being in the top right corner of the room. The next room is Millicent's bedroom, which is 3x4 meters. It's jusst in front of the top of the staircase, and has a closet with a hatch that leads to the attic. The end of the hall has a little split-off, which houses your bedroom (3x3.5), the bathroom (2x3) and a deep closet. To the right of the hall's split-off is the kitchen (3x5), which has the back foyer, and connects to the pantry (2x5). The pantry is an in-between for the kitchen and the dining room (4x5), which has a double-door entrance to the main hall. The last room is the living room (6x5), and is connected to the main hall by a single door frame, and the dining room, by a double-door frame.
It's as you return to your room that you hear the static of the television in the living room. You slowly walk over to the room. The T.V. sits in the upper right corner on at an angle, with a single couch on the right hand wall, and a chair in the corner between the two doors in the living room. There's a fireplace just besides the couch, and a small bookcase on the other side of the fireplace. a single teal painted wooden coffee table sits in the middle of the room. At night, the static screen of the T.V. throws the room into an eery glow, with just a bit of light accompanying it through the window facing the main street.

[NO! YOU WON'T BREAK ME] {4 Damage Taken. (Concussed), (Unconscious). Path Unlocked: Infiltrator} You wake up, sometime later, with a massive headache. You... don't remember what you were doing precisely, but there's a broken glass of water besides you. Blood is spread down your night gown, and feeling your face, you can feel the dried blood around your nose and ears. Luckily, you can still hear and smell well enough.
You spend a few minutes seeing if everything works, and notice that it's slightly bright outside. The television is off, and luckily, you haven't knocked anything over. The rest of the house is still mostly quiet.
The glass is easily picked up, and you (thankfully) don't get any shards in your hands or feet. The blood is taken care of by showering and dumping the nightgown in a hamper. The headache, mostly gone now, is remedied by a few Tylenol pills take care of it.
A quick glance at a clock sets the time at 4:28, a bit too early to start the day. You go back to bed, mostly healed up
{+1 HP, Remove Effect (Concussed), (Unconscious)}
The next day starts around 8:00 A.M.. it's a Saturday (July 17th, or something close to that), so the city market will open early today, and both Lancaster and Mcallister mall will be jammed packed. There's a cruise ship in town, so the north market wharf will have buskers and tourists traps out. Your childhood friend wanted to meet you, they've kind of grown distant since you left the city, but it'd be nice to see them again.
The Reunion starts tonight, at around 7:00 PM.
