Do not call him a vampire, but make it clear you think he's either on drugs or doing something magic. Later once it comes to light that he is a vampire, and one with a soul, say we should be cautious but his experience as an "Centuries Old Corpse" may have some use for the group to keep around. Find a separate private interaction with Angel, point out to him he is wooing a teenage girl, tell him just how wrong that is.
