Renascence: A Homura Quest

Honorifics or Western-style Titles? I've used both before, which is bothersomely inconsistent

We should probably give Sayaka at least a preliminary run-through of what it means to be a Puella Magi. That way, if she has any issues with it, we can deal with it now, instead of having to deal with her and Nanoha's reaction to it at the same time in a public restaurant.

Sorry guys...this Witch's Muse is in poor shape. Can't seem to find the words.

I'll try again on the morrow.

Still can't wait to deal with Nanoha. Funny thing is, she only beats the shit out of people who fail to explain themselves. And we've historically sucked at that.

Indeed. I'm glad to see new players like him and Conceptualist joining us.

This Witch is on vacation this weekend (still online, but also on the beach).

This is rejuvenating his muse rapidly.

...two people who are horrible at non-ballistic diplomacy sitting down to talk.

This will be fun to write.
From what I've seen, Nanoha is decent enough at non-ballistic diplomacy, its just that usually she's forced to deal with people who refuse to even attempt to talk things out.

Even Homura would probably have to roll pretty poorly to be worse at peaceful negotiation than Vita was.

Nanoha is pretty good at it, actually. Her first step is "What, exactly, is the problem?" Step two is "How do we solve the problem?" Step three is "... I'm gonna need more cartridges."
True...but she's also dealing with a worse scenario then at any point in her life and a world that doesn't work like hers.

Imagine how well the cast of Star Trek would deal with the setting of Star Wars...or potentially 40k.

Nanoha doesn't have any perspective to understand this Universe, and it's both confusing and distressing her. Do not expect her to be in her normal mental state.

Consider this a small hint, if you'd like, but it's nothing you couldn't readily deduce already.
