  - [X] The Nazgûl can only provide advice and training and will not perform any overt display of power like trying to influence those orcs without Arphazêl's explicit request. All advice will be given during waking hours, no invading Arphazêl's dreams. Both parties have the right to request quiet time and no contact for 24 hour periods, and these requests will be respected with an exemption for imminently fatal situations. If the Nazgûl doesn't like these rules or tries to break them later, the volcano awaits.
