Uuuuhhhh what does phase walking exactly mean?
As far as I can tell it can be like Shadowcat or like some sort of entering different realm thing or some dimensional warping?
As far as I can tell, it's movement that allows you to go through solid matter, whether that's through different dimensions or something else entirely. For Shroud it seems to be shadow hopping.

It differs from intangibility in that you might not be able to hit an intangible being if they become gas for example, but they wouldn't necessarily be able to go through walls even while intangible.

May I ask how does Biokinesis exactly interact with True Telepathy and how it helps Justiciary enact Edicts?
It's the punishment aspect of her power. Once a violation is detected, the victim gets their motor functions disabled, pain applied, etc. through biokinesis.

According to a previous ask, it's like a better version of Intangibility and is an effective psychic defense. It's also Shroud's one keyword.

Presumably biokinesis is what allows her edicts to have effects like shutting off your senses or rendering people unconscious.

Bitterman initially hinted at it being Shroud's synergy, and Shroud's thing is being a serial killer who can "fuse with shadows and move along two-dimensional spaces". Hence these speculations.

Dreamer From Beyond Our World
DNA Profiles: Seraph (6), Memoria (4), Steadfast (2), Daggermaw (1)
Potency: 13
Keywords: [True Telepathy], [Flight], [Elemental Manipulation], [Enhanced Senses], [Enhanced Strength], [Invulnerability] + [Teleportation] + [Transformation] + [Clairvoyance] + [Clairvoyance] = [Phasewalking]

This needs to added to Arcus' Possible Ambrosia Builds.

I already brought up using Nox. They have the teleportation, transformation and mental manipulation tags.
That's true, Eastwood would be an inefficient choice for the mental aspect. My build is better off focused on a physical damage aspect with Soprano.

And my reasoning for using Memoria + Multiplex for teleportation and transformation is due to the nature of Memoria's teleportation, which affects allies and doesn't appear to have a range limit. My impression of Nox's teleport is that it is solo and is teleportation within a battlefield. Though I could be wrong about that.

Uhhhh, sorry if I am like I am interrupting anything but like could we make some kind of psychic healer, by like combining the true telepathy and biokinesis or something?
Like our biggest heavy hitter (Black Swan) is extra vulnerable to mental damage, and like if we can make someone who can heal both the mental and physical damage, we could also lessen the risks of some of our heroes dying or becoming incapacitated.

Like just throwing ideas at the wall, and sorry if this sounds too similar to my last point in some way.

Sounds like a good idea, but we have no idea on how to get started with Biokinesis

It's likely to end up manifesting in a very different way, if it does at all. Localized teleportation is arguably more flexible on a tactical level, since it's not tied to fixed locations.

Well, we know what gets Autobiokinesis:

[Transformation] + [Transformation] + [Regeneration] + [Regeneration] + [Fitness] = [Autobiokinesis]

Maybe add Ally Empowering to this?

Nah, it's probably a different base. Autobiokinesis is self-focused, and Regeneration/Fitness/Transformation are all self focused tags. So it probably looks very different despite the similar names.

If i had to guess I'd say Biokinesis likely contains both Transformation and Ally Empowerment, probably with Clairvoyance as well.
I'm going to disagree on that last one, since the Biokinesis example I think you're drawing from is Justiciar, who had her Clairvoyance come from her True Telepathy. Personally, I think it's some sort of Enhanced Senses.

I can't help but feel that the premise of:

Biokinesis = changing stuff on other therefore Ally Empowerment

Auto Biokinesis = Advanced form of Transformation

Ain't exactly right.

Personally I've always felt that Transmutation is a form of outward change comparatively

The main logic is that Clairvoyance seems to be a catch all "locate things to target with power" keyword, plus reading the current health or state of the target is very in keeping with biokinetic abilities, which would be a Clairvoyance thing.

I might be seeing a vision of a plan vote that's likely an even bigger gamble than our last one where we hedge our money on Break the Glass….except this time we hedge our bets on a behemoth prize money that we don't even know how much it may give us

And you know what, I'm tempted still regardless :V

I would like to say this: Us Comiting guarantees us that Yara will join us as an actual Hero as well!

Also Benedictions would be really cool! I lovely reversal of that power, a clash between love and hate!

And also:
"AFFIRMATION: I Can Win This- WE CAN WIN THIS!"

Random curiosity: We aren't gonna be locked out of using Red Huntress, Justicar and Heavenly Astrologian the next turn we use Dynamite, are we?
No lock out, it's like Project Prometheus uniqueness rules.

I wonder if Dynamite eventually just ends up being our "Heavenly Astrologian+two others" button. I mean, she's one of our only high tolerance powers that isn't Novalight (ugh), so there's a reasonable chance that she shows up in the next few Dynamites. Also leads to a funny running gag if Bitterman chooses.

HA: Did you confess to Mona yet? It's been a month.
Ellie: Mom!
