Odd thing that popped into my head.
If you were to asked the old robot known as Scaramouche what he would be doing when he reached old age one of the things he would not say would be reading to two red hair kids who he actually liked but it was indeed what he was doing at the moment and to his great confusion this was the 5th time the kids had gotten him to read them a bedtime story.
Scaramouche, alright darling's so you want to hear a story from dear old
Uncle scaramouche then well I guess if its for my favourite nephew's I will be happy to.
The kids(JJ and jane) thanks uncle scar
Scaramouche, no problem darling's now what story would you like to hear, the time Le Mime became president of Vietnam for 75 hours or the time we had to save Jack from a insane ice skater who he beat in the world championship and that one time peridot challenged me to a music contest because she got mad when I said she was two stupid to figure how my flute worked and she then tried to make her own.
JJ, how about how you all meet we never hear about that.
Jane, ya how did you meet uncle?
Scaramouche, well darling's that little tale is just the prologue to a much bigger adventure so how about I tell you that story.
The kids, Yes Uncle.
Scaramouche, well then settle down and I will tell you the story with this one being called the King of the Forgotten and overlooked.

-[X] Watch TV
39
Success!
You watch some old Made For TV superhero movies and have a pretty good time. The effects were cheesy, but that just added to the charm, honestly.
Jack gains an Appreciation for Superhero Movies; +5 to Rolls involving them, their actors or their directors
-[X] Steal some Oil
31 + 27 = 56
Critical Success!
Scaramouche and the Beetle Drones easily sneak into the town you're Mayor of and steal a ton of oil. You briefly consider reminding them you're, again, literally the Mayor and could have easily ASKED for that oil, but you figure it's not really important.
Gain 35 Barrels of Oil!
-[X] Call Johnny
100 + 15 = 115
Critical Success!
To be Continued in Omake "Jillian and BBB get Tested"
-[X] Have a Nerdy Argument
2 + 16 = 18
Bare Success!
21 and 24 have one of their typical arguments, but they hadn't slept well the night before so they fall asleep mid sentence.
The Dark Possibilities Trait Is Slightly More Effective
-[X] Practice With a Yo-yo
60
Critical Success!
Le Mime decides to expand his reprioritour and practice with a yo-yo. He's actually scary good at it, and you and the others have a good time watching him. You all applaud him, and he seems flattered.
Le Mime is Even Less Likely to Annoy you all; He can distract people with Yo-Yo Tricks, adding +5 To Intrigue when doing so
-[X] Call Johnny
55 + 27 = 82
Critical Success!
To be Continued in Omake "Jillian and BBB get Tested"
-[X] Cook for Everyone. Again.
10 + 10 = 20
Bare Success!
Dojo Cooks for you all again, though he had been working hard lately and could only manage some Mac n' Cheese and Hot Dogs. You assure him it was fine, even if he had slightly burned the latter.
Dojo feels Appreciated! He will Be Even More Willing to Assist You now, adding +5 to Rolls where he does so
-[X] Rule The Mole People
24 + 19 = 43
Success!
Mole King hangs out with you for a bit before going to his kingdom to make sure things haven't fallen apart. They haven't, thankfully. And so be rules things for a while, whistling.
Jillian and BBB sat about awkwardly as they used the Hydro Cruiser to ride to The Tests' last known location. Johnny had answered their calls but his voice was so warbled they couldn't make out a word he was saying.
"Sooooooo... Are all vegans crazy?" BBB tried to strike up a conversation.
"Oh look! We're here!" Jillian sighed in relief as they stopped and got off. They were at a ramshackle shack as they started to enter... And had a shotgun pointed at them.
"Jillian?! Eugene?!" Hugh blinked, lowering the gun.
"IT'S BLING BLING BOY!"
"It really IS you! Uh, sorry about, we've had a... Rough time."
A ceiling tile promptly fell.
" .....What happened?" Jillian frowned.
They end up all coming together at a kitchen table with Johnny and Mary (the latter obviously disappointing BBB).
Hugh tells of his woes: How after the near destruction of Porkbelly they had to move, but end up Crashing the boat Susan and Mary made. Susan, Lila and Dukey were unable to be found, but the crash wasn't really bad enough to kill anyone, so they were most likely out there somewhere. Unfortunately, they also lost most of their money in the crash, leaving them stuck in this shack.
As BBB loudly wailed about Susan, Jillian kindly stated "You know, we live in a whole temple. There should be plenty of space for you."
"Whoa, a temple?! Awesome!" Johnny grinned.
"Do we have to? Eugene will be there..." Mary sighed.
"BLING BLING BOY!"
"Do you have a better idea?" Hugh grumbled, ignoring the angered youth. Mary's silence was telling.
-
You paced as you waited for Jillian and BBB to arrive. You don't know why, but Jillian being so concerned for another boy made you feel .... Funny. Just then, the Hydro Cruiser arrived.
"Jack, I hope you don't mind I offered housing to some old friends." Jillian stated.
"It's fine." You shrugged. Jillian smiled and hugged you, making you blush.
"You're a cute couple." Johnny teased.
"WE'RE NOT DATING!"
Gained Johnny Test, Hugh Test and Mary Test as a Combined Hero Unit!
Fair warning, these guys don't have sheets, to emphasize they are not Hero Units.
Also, @Habstab has informed me Rooster Teeth is a Warner Bros. Subsidiary so, after some discussion, we decided to add Rooster Teeth properties to this. Just so you all know.
Non Hero Unit Allies:
JackBots (Xiaolin Showdown): Your beloved, loyal robot army!
Kimiko Tohomiko (Xiaolin Showdown): One of your former greatest enemies turned... Well, not really friend, but she doesn't despise you at least. Lives in your Temple (it did used to be her and the Monks' after all).
Jaune Arc (RWBY): The mayor of town before you were. Though he was decent at it, it was also VERY stressful for him, so he's more than happy to hand the reigns over to You. Though clumsy and nervous, he is also very determined and loyal.
Summer Rose and Ruby Rose (RWBY): Two people you summoned from the Future. With nowhere to go, they're staying at your Temple as defense against foes. They're pretty effective.
Kevin (Ed Edd n' Eddy): Once he was In Charge of The Cul de Sac and ScamCo, Eddy decided to seek revenge on his former bully and managed to fake some documents that made it look like Kevin had illegally come from China. He's been stuck in China ever since. Kevin is kind of a jerk, but he will generally leave people be unless they antagonize him first.
Kon (Bleach): the last of his kind and a huge pervert. Kon is cute, but his personality really isn't. Though Kon is so believing in the sanctity of life he refuses to even kill an ant, so he's not completely without merit.
Ashi (Samurai Jack): Daughter of Aku. She isn't really like her father, and after managing to break free of his control, greatly despises him. She tries her best to atone for her actions while under Aku's sway.
Jessie, James, Meowth, Wobbuffet and Mime Jr. (Pokemon Anime): A group of wannabe criminals who are way more effective when doing good, not that they'll ever acknowledge that. They care about each other very much despite their respective eccentricity.
Ninjask Duo (Pokemon Anime): A somewhat cowardly Duo of Ninja Bug Pokemon. Currently working under Scaramouche.
Jupiter and her Skuntank (Pokemon Anime): A lazy bully and her snickering equally mean Pokemon sidekick. Serves as Mooks for now with potential for more.
S.A.M.E.S. (Final Space): The rest of town are these rather goofy speaking but otherwise generic robots. They are designed to be defenders, but aren't really good at it.
The Serpentian (Final Space): A rather insane but super devoted Mook willing to do anything she's told.
Stick Doug (Ben 10): Former Plumber (as in the alien black ops organization). Rather bland, but completely willing to do whatever is necessary to help others.
Toepick (Ben 10): A friendly but also incredibly creepy Omnitrix Alien given life that lives in your barracks. Apparently his face is so horrific simply looking at it induces insanity, fear, nausea or all three.
Two Members of Argit's Species (Ben 10): A duo of sneaky mooks with paralyzing quills.
Vick Van Dyke (Scooby Doo): A cheerful and kind-hearted old Hollywood Actor. Currently staying in your town to avoid the Insanity of the US.
Speedy (The Venture Bros.): A zombie Former Monarch Henchman staying in Your Barracks. He seeks to prove himself.
Random Monarch Henchmen (The Venture Bros.): A group of 7 generic but incredibly helpful and uncaring about their own lives former Monarch Henchmen. They stay in your barracks.
Himiko Toga (My Hero Academia): A creepy lass from Japan with the ability to transform into anyone who's blood she drinks; is also staying in your Barracks. She's... Kinda scary.
Dick Dastardly and Muttley (Wacky Races): Two disgraced Racers, one a cheating obsessed man and the other his snarky dog; are staying in your barracks as well.
Yakko Warner, Wakko Warner and Dot Warner (Animaniacs): A trio of goofy, annoying creatures who are staying in your Basement. They're almost as bad as Le Mime!
Streaky (Krypto the Super Dog): Jillian's snarky and somewhat egotistical super powered pet cat. Currently doesn't want to use his powers for unknown reasons.
Six DemiDevimon (Digimon): A group of determined and conniving but also mildly cowardly Mooks with great potential.
Manjimutt (Yo-Kai Watch): A determined and unlucky pervert Mook.
Ulrich Stern (Code Lyoko): A cool headed but now incredibly weary kid who has a ton of info on XANA.
Fantasy VR Squirrels (Johnny Test): A fighting force of Squirrels from a VR Game.
Claptrap Units (Borderlands): Bumbling robots meant to open doors that are shockingly customisable.
[] Raid Aku's Prisons: Sure, he's a scary demon guy with an army of murderous robots but... hey, maybe some do-gooding idiot got themselves caught by him and would be very happy to work with their rescuer? (DC: 55/85) (Reward: Possibility that you rescue a hero unit that Aku captured.)
[] Raid Vilgax's Prisons: Sure, that creepy alien guy is tough... but, that just means that any of his prisoners, human or alien, are also pretty tough. (DC: 50/80) (Reward: Possibility that you rescue a hero unit that Vilgax captured.)
[] Raid Porkbelly For It's, Disarmed, Nuclear Missiles: So, it turns out that Russia and Porkbelly (just Porkbelly, not the US) made a bet. And the Russians lost, so now there's a lot of nukes just... lying around in Porkbelly. Uh, sure they may not be armed, but someone may be able to make at least one of them active. (DC: 100) (Reward: You now have a bunch of disarmed nukes. No one else has access to these nukes unless they steal them from you.)
[] Take Over Other Nearby Towns: Welp. Time to start expanding. (DC: 20/40/55/60/65/85/90) (Reward: Random towns nearby you taken control of. May anger other nearby factors if you do too well.)

[] Reclaim The Test House: So, yeah. There's now a pretty advanced laboratory sitting in the middle of Porkbelly. Well, if the Tests gave it up, maybe they'll let you use whatever you find there? (DC: 40/80) (Reward: The Test House is claimed by your faction.)
[] Steal Random Artifacts From Museums: You never know where a Shen Gong Wu is going to be stuck in a museum. Send some thugs out to steal whatever they can. (DC: All rolls get you something, though actual Shen Gong Wu require higher rolls.) (Rewards: Possible Shen Gong Wu. Other ancient artifacts you can... hang up on the walls? Sell?)
[] Hunt Revived Species On Bling-Bling Island: Sure, they're technically endangered. Or, they would be, if anyone knew they existed. So, this isn't "really illegal", but... eh. (DC: Variable.) (DC: DNA, hides, and other "trophies" claimed from the many different revived species and artificially created species that live on BBB's island. ???)
[] Capture Revived Species: Actually, it might be fun to have a pet dinosaur, like a -T-Rex. (DC: Variable) (Reward: You capture some of the revived creatures.)
[] Attack A Faction: You're going to be the biggest bad guy in the world, so you'll need to teach these other guys just what their place is. (DC: Variable) (Reward: Chosen faction weakened.)
-[] What faction do you attack? You must spy on other factions before you get a guess on how high an assault DC is for them.
[] Attack A Hero/Villain: Some of these small fries could do a decent job, if they worked for you. But some people are just too stubborn, and can become problems later. So, you'll need to rough them up a bit. (DC: Variable) (Reward: Targeted unit may be wounded for a number of turns or captured. Cannot use this on faction leaders. If you assign a certain robotic assassin, the target will be killed instead.)
-[] Choose who to attack. DC is dependent on their combined Martial and Intrigue stats.
[] So, Uh, How Much Is It Going To Cost Me?: You need more muscles and brainpower if you want to take over the world. Thankfully, while there are quite a few giant empires that dominate the Earth, there's also a ton of little heroes and villains that you can snatch up. Now, you just need to approach them and see how much it's going to cost to hire them. (DC: Dependent On Who's Chosen) (Reward: Selected unit hired.)

-[] Ezekiel (DC: 20)

-[] Princess Willow (DC: 90)
-[] Vanna Pira (DC: 60)
-[] Write-In: (Ask the DC)
[] Contact Nicole Through "Official Channels": The current US president is obviously a weak idiot who can barely do anything by himself. The real power behind the 'throne" is Nicole Waterson. If you can get in contact with her, you may be able to get her help while also undermining the current president's power. (DC: 60) (Reward: You contact Nicole Waterson. New actions available. Can become friends with Nicole depending on your future actions. People may realize that you're trying to meet her.)
[] The "Ungrounding": Technically, Bling-Bling Boy has been "grounded" from using most of his old inventions after he "horribly embarrassed" his mother. Maybe you can convince her that her son's "turned over a new leaf" and that she should give him a few of his old "toys" back? (DC: 70) (Reward: Meet BBB's mom. Gain a random invention for free.)
[] Enemy Of My Enemy...: So, while you don't like those Xiaolin dorks, they are your best bet if you want to get rid of Chase anytime soon. Of course, you don't actually know where they went after you helped destroy their temple. (DC: 60+30, as you don't know where they are.) (Reward: Temporary alliance with at least one member of the surviving monks.)
[] Meet The "General" Through Official Channels: Bling-Bling has had many run-ins with a certain, hard-ass general who works for the US. While they aren't on good terms, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get in contact with someone so highly ranked in the military. And who has a ton of fire power. (DC: 60) (Reward: Meet with the General. May recruit Mr. B and Mr. W for free. People may notice that you're trying to meet with him.)

[] Meet With Lady Endive: Well, since you do have actually subjects/citizens now, you should start reaching out to the people near you. While Marzipan City is probably the smallest country in Asia, unless you count the one town and temple you control as a "country", Charmcaster and her forces haven't been able to conquer it yet. Maybe Endive would be glad to have an all who could attack the backline of Charmcaster's army and help her drive off the invaders? (DC: 50) (Reward: You meet Lady Endive. Can explore Marzipan City. Will probably end up with you having to fight Charmcadter id she tries to push into Endive's holdings again.)
[] Meet The Monarch: 21's and 24's old boss is still kicking. You're not sure if that's a good or bad thing, but it couldn't hurt to try and get in contact with him. (DC: 45) (Reward: Contact with the Monarch established.)

Currently owned locations:
- Xaiolin Temple (Four upgrades left.)
- Small Town (Five upgrades left.)
[] Build A Basic Lab: So, while you and BBB are smart enough to make things without a lab... it wouldn't hurt to actually build one. (DC: 50) (New research action available. Tales up one upgrade space.)
[] Rebrand Wacko's Toys: Wacko's Toys is famous for its "classics" like: Left Hook, where the loser gets punched in the fave and out a window; Bag of tacks, exactly what the name implies; And Don't Shock Yourself... Yeah. You're going to need to come up with both a new name for the company and need products if you want to make a profit. (DC: 60) (Reward: Wacko's Toys renamed something else. It now sells less deadly and harmful "games".)

Takes one upgrade slot.)
[] Defenses: Sure, you may have quite a few defenses in place already... but you can never be too prepared.) (DC: 20/40/60/80/90) (Reward: Additional defenses built for the temple. How good they are and how much space they take up is dependent on the roll.)
[] Burn It Down: There's not much room to expand the temple itself in any direction besides up and down. But, if you could carve out a few of the nearby mountains, and have the destruction bots chop down that forest over there, you'd have a lot more room to work with. Of course, doing that will make it harder to hide out in the temple. (DC: 10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90/95) (Reward: More space is opened up for the temple. Chances that someone discovers that you've been altering the landscape. Other things. ???)

Can become friends with Nicole depending on your future actions.)

[] Recover Bling-Bling's Stuff (Redux): So, most of Bling-Bling's things are still stuck in his old volcano lair on his parent's private island. Since his mom won't let him use them, maybe you should send someone there to retrieve them. (DC: 50/80) (Reward: Chance to recover some of BBB's tech.)

(DC: Variable) (Reward: Villain units added to the "Potential Allies" threadmark.)
[] Set Up A Group To Catalog Cool People: While BBB may know a lot about Porkbelly's villains, you don't really want to hire every bad guy who lives there. So, it's time for you to hire some mooks to look around for anyone who seems even slightly important. (DC: 65) (Reward: Each turn you will learn about at least one new potential ally you can hire. This is determined by a D3 that will be rolled right at the start of each week.)

-[] Baboon King (DC: 40)
-[] Kimiko (DC:???)
-[] Write-in (Ask.)
[] X and Y: Bling-Bling built a few gynoids a while ago, but he's mostly left them to rot. Maybe you can come up with a few upgrades for them so they can keep up with your Jackbots? (DC: 50/80) (Reward: Bling-Bling's human-like robots upgraded. Can choose how you upgraded them.)
[] Wacko's Last Toy (Grunt): Of course, you could revamp the evil robot version of Robo-Pal and turn it into a full-fledged combat robot. Really, all you'd have to do is keep it in "attack mode" permanently. (DC: 30) (Reward: Gain Robo-Pall guards that give a +15 martial to defending your own base and attacking enemy bases/forces.)
[] Vidya Peepole's: So, it turns out that Mary and Susan test can turn video game characters into living things. Which means that Bling-Bling can do the same. Huh. (DC: 90) (Reward: Can turn video game characters like Smash Badger into real people. Will think they're still in a video game.)
[] Omni-Rewindotron: BBB is really adamant about that name. Basically, it can pause and turn back time for one thing, person, or small group of people. (DC: 90) (Reward: Can equip any unit with this item. Whoever has the equipped will be able to reroll their actions.)
[] Fish People: So, there's a bunch of pirates wondering the ocean. While you could just build a lot of boats and planes to blow them up, that would be a bit to noticeable. Thankfully, Mary has brought one of her old inventions, which can turn anyone into a fish/human hybrid. (DC: 60. Auto-Success if you have the mobile lab. ) (Reward: All hero units gain a bonus when fighting in water.)
[] The Amazing Turbo Action Backpack: The ATAB, as you've now nicknamed it, is an incredible piece of tech. A shrink ray, jet pack, hologram producer, and quite a few other neat things are built into it. Sadly, the original is still locked in the Test house. (DC: 100) (Reward: Recration of the ATAB is created. Can be equipped to one unit. Gives stat boosts and opens up new actions during mini-turns.)
[] Magically Search For Shen Gong Wu: Magic should be good for tracking things, right? (DC: Variable. The higher the better.) (Rewards: You magically locate random artifacts, including possible Shen Gong Wu.)
[] Search For More Magical People: You can really only rely on Le Mime and Scaramouche for magical assistance at the moment. That needs to change. (DC: Variable.) (Rewards: People with high Occult stats added to the "Potential Allies" threadmark.)
[] Study Le Mine's Magic (Le Mime must be assigned): You don't actually know how Le Mime's works. (DC: 80?) (Rewards: ???)
[] Teach The Occult (Must assign one hero unit Occult +15 and one with Occult under 15): So, not everyone knows or believes that magic and the like exist. Including some of your minions. That really needs to change. (DC: Variable.) (Reward: The hero with the lower Occult stat has their Occult stat trained/raised.)
Every so often something may pop up, either by you discovering it or it coming to coming to you, that counts as an "Adventures". Adventures are a very, very broad category of actions. They're probably closer to " special events" than regular actions. Adventures, depending on which ones they are and what your first roll is, can be includes in the main update with their rewards, a QM Omake/Interlude, or even a mini-turn.
You can assign as many units to an adventure as you want. Note: While some Adventures may have multiple rolls, other have just one roll. So, while you could stack a bunch of hero together, it's entirely possible that doing so is unessecary, but you won't know until you see the results.
[] Fun Filled, Until The Next Full Moon: For some reason, a new circus has popped up next to. Along with some... werewolves? Huh. Maybe you should check that out? (Time Limit: One before the circus packs up.) (Possible stats needed: ???) (Reward:???)

Hey folks, it is once again time to vote! Have fun!
You were Mary Test, and you were a lady of science.
So that is why you couldn't just ACCEPT Le Mime's.... Very existence. There HAD to be a logical explanation.
"Come back here!" You shout, chasing after the man with beakers and scalpels. Le Mime ran as fast as he could, soundlessly screaming. The chase leads into town. Le Mime hides in Kevin's excercise shack.
"Hey, have you seen that Mime guy?" You pant to Kevin. Kevin looks at the trembling Le Mime.
".....Nope." he shrugged. You curse and run off.
".....You owe me." Kevin deadpanned to the Mime, who silently cried and hugged him.
Honestly, you need a vacation. And, since... pretty much every resort in the world is now owned by at least one evil villain, you want be taking a trip to Fiji or Hawaii anytime soon. So instead, you're going to that weird circus hat, quite literally, appeared out of nowhere, the Brancusi traveling circus.
After inviting a few guests along (Johnny was overjoyed, and shouted "Awesome!" So loud it nearly broke your eardrums), including Kimiko (who was very, very hesitant to come), you realized something. If Jaune was to be believed, there were werewolves haunting the circus, and they could turn up at anytime and ruin your fun. So, you quickly pulled out two of your Shen Gong Wu, fur Third Arm Slash and Mantis Flip Coin, and started forming an idea. Sure, Scaramouche by himself could probably take on anything or anyone who tried to interrupt your fun, but it was better to be safe than sorry. Now, who to, temporarily, give these to?
[] Give the Third Arm Sash to (+15 to Martial)
-[] Jack himself.
-[] A member of the Test family.
-[] Scaramouche.
-[] Le Mime.
-[] ... Kimiko?
[] Give the Mantis Flip Coin to (+5 to Martial)
-[] Jack himself.
-[] A member of the Test family.
-[] Scaramouche.
-[] Le Mime.
-[] ... Kimiko?
Once you handed the Wu off to their new owners, your group finally makes their way to the crocus and... while you don't see any werewolves, the ticket taker seems a bit... weird.
"Come one, come all, to the greatest show on Earth! Celestia!" The older man declares, completely and utterly over the top. "No shoving, no pushing, not cutting in line, please! You'll all get your chance to enter!"
"Hmm... hey, don't I know you from somewhere?" Mr. Test mutters, examining the ticket taker closer.
9+44=53
"Yeah, you're -"
"Vick Van Dyke!" The man finishes. "Yes, yes I am! Always glad to meet a fan!"
"Aren't you a famous actor? Shouldn't you be in, like, Hollywood?" Johnny quickly points out, both metaphorically and in reality as he does point one of his fingers at Mr. Can Dyke.
"Heh, kid, have you seen the state Hollywood is in? II'm use to it being filled with crazy people, but it's gotten really ridiculous lately. So, I decided to go off and have some fun until things return back to normal." He quickly explains. "Plus, the guys who run this circus pay really well, especially the Fantastic guy."
"But, why are you working at a ticket taker? I mean, isn't there anything else you can do?"
"Oh, yeah. I'm just covering for the normal ticket taker until he gets back from break." My. Van Dyke clarifies. "Anyway, I think it's time for me to stop jabbering on and give you your tickets."
One quick exchange later, and everyone is let into the circus. So, now what?
(Choose Two)
[] Hey, that guy looks important, maybe he runs the place?
[] There's a weird-looking guy who seems to be the Ring Master.
[] Look at that guy! He's enormous! He must be the strongman!
[] Is that cotton candy... moving?
[] Talk to Vick Van Dyke some more.
[] You bump into a woman who quickly introduces herself as "Googie".
[] Isn't that Jaune?
[] Why is that tiny puppy walking around on his hind legs, sneaking around, and carrying a giant creepy purple chest.
[] Is that the circus animal trainer? He seems to be training a bunch of baboons.
That bumbler only has 8 states still under his control (Texas, Delaware, Ohio, Colorado, Maine, California, Wyoming and half of New Jersey) and he's STILL barely keeping them afloat. Honestly, if it wasn't for his VP, you're sure he'd be impeached.
Porkbelly
Porkbelly is still a wreck with very few inhabitants. Not much to report.
The Morty Cult
Various Surviving Morty Smiths from the Fusion of Worlds have formed a strange cult and roam Washington, inducting whoever is willing and beating the crap out of whoever isn't.
China:
Chase Young and the Heylin Empire
Chase is apparently just lording his power over random Citizens and training as much as possible. Though word is going around he's making ..... Some kind of weapon.
Magnolia:
Aku and his Empire
Aku is still in fierce combat with Vilgax over land and resources. Like Chase, he is making a weapon. Unlike Chase, he is arrogant enough to blatant reveal what it is: A blaster that absorbs small traces of Aku's own energy for massive blasts.
Australia:
Evil Coop's Arena
Evil Coop is forcing people to fight him for his amusement. He always wins. If his opponent isn't straight up killed, they are sent to prisons that make them wish they had been....
Indonesia:
Vilgax
Vilgax, armed with the Omnitrix, is fighting off Aku, albeit just barely. He's preparing to try and return to space to gather reinforcements, apparently.....
Japan:
Red Ribbon Army and Nappa's Forces
The two are still stuck in a seemingly endless conflict that is ravaging pretty much all of Japan. Pretty much every other villain has been forced into one of these two's sides, or... Taken care of.
Cell
He's still wandering the countryside, absorbing people and desperately trying to find his "siblings"
Piccolo and His Students
Piccolo and his "students" Gohan and Launch are laying low, The former putting the latter two through immensely intense training that has pushed them to their very limits.
As soon as you walk in, you almost run into someone. Though, thankfully, Scaramouche was there to just barely prevent you from colliding with the... cute girl?
"Oh, sorry about that." The woman quickly apologizes. "I got a bit... distracted, while looking for one of my friends."
39+32=71
"Eh, don't worry about you." You shrug. "Still, you should watch out next time."
"Yeah, I was looking for... Scrappy." She shakes her head a bit, before sighing. "Oh, I'm Googie, by the way."
... That name kinda sounds made up, but you can't exactly make fun of her for having a weird or stupid name. You brought Le Mime with you, after all.
"Heh, name's Jack Spicer." You reply, holding out a hand. "And these are my..." You think about calling them your friends, before settling for, "... associates."
The Test family say hello at different levels of enthusiasm, Le Mime grins, and Scaramouche says, "Hi there, babe." The latter of which causes Googie to look confused for a second.
"Uh, hi, I'm Kimiko." The Xiaolin monk mutters. "So, you're looking for one of your friends? What does he look like?"
"Oh, he's a talking dog. Or, well, he's a talking puppy." Google explains. "I was watching for his uncle, then we ended up... here." The look of confusion reappears on her face. "I'm not sure how we got here, but..."
"Uh, are you alright?"
"I think so?" Googie mutters to herself.
"Do you need any help looking for him?" Kimko asks, concern quickly appearing on her face.
(Choose One)
[] Let Kimiko go off and search for Googie's friend. (Kimiko will be unavailable until she's done searching.)
[] Cut off Kimiko. You don't need her wandering off, especially since this place seems pretty odd. (Your relationship with Kimiko will decrease. Kimiko you stay with your group.)
[] Write-In
(Current Rewards: Met Googie. Googie sheet unlocked. Can recruit Googie.)
. . . . . . . .
After you finish talking to Googie, you make your way to, what has to be, the circus' ring master. The top hat wearing man cheerful greets different guests, wishing them a fine day. You wait a bit for the crowd around him to dissipate.
"Ah, hello there my fine lad!" The wrong master shouts cheerfully. "I'm sure my boss will be just as glad to have you here as I am."
... Okay. Wait...
96+58=154
You blink in confusion a bit as the ringmaster starts to, uh, change. Gone is the charming ring master, and in his place is...
But, just as fast the change happened, he turns back into looking like a normal person. Judging by how the others act, like nothing happened, you're glad that he didn't notice the completely terrified utterly brave look on your face.
"Oh, look at you boy, I can see a brave spirit in you." The "man" kneels points towards Johnny. "I bet you'll grow up to be a daredevil one day, doing death defying stunts every chance you get."
"Well, I don't know about that..." Hugh Test gives a nervous chuckle.
"Ah, it's understandable that a father would be concerned for his children's safety, even if any danger they could get in is far off into the future." The ring master says. "Now then, I must look quite rude right now, as I haven't even introduced myself yet! The names Professor Fantastic."
For some reason that name feels fake for some reason. You can't exactly tell why, though. But, that feeling, alongside what happened earlier, hasn't made you feel very safe in the circus.
While the Tests continue to talk to the ring master, who also tries to offer Le Mine a job, you're pulled aside by Scaramouche, who tries his best to not look to suspicious. Making sure that the professor is still distracted, the robot whispers, "Well, baby, you always have to find the most interesting things and people, don't you?"
"Uh, what -"
"That's one of the Thirteen Ghosts over there. Professor Phantasmo, babe. Not the most bloodthirsty of the bunch, but just as bad as any of the rest." The android assassin explains, as if expecting you to know that the "Thirteen Ghosts" are.
"... The Thirteen Ghosts?"
"Heh, calling them ghosts isn't really accurate, babe. They're demons, almost as powerful as Aku himself." He replies. "Though, thankfully, he did manage to 'collar' this one."
"Er, what do you mean by 'collar'?"
"Normally, Phantasmo rolls up into a town, tells everyone that his circus is free, gets as many people to stay until midnight, then he turns them into his monster and ghost minions. He tried to do the same in Aku's land, but he got punished by the big guy. He got stripped of his soul stealing power and his circus as punishment." He continues on. "I guess he probably used that whip of his to summon a new circus to control and new employees to fill out all of the acts."
"... Okay, but what about the werewolves?" The only rumors you heard about this place were about the werewolves, not demons.
"Eh, either he used his whip to transform some helpless idiots into his furry minions, or they came with the circus he took control of."
Huh. Well, that makes this makes this trip a lot, lot more dangerous than you'd hoped. "Is there any way we can beat him?"
"Baby, if you don't have a magical artifact that can seal him away, like the Demon Chest, you can't beat him or any of the Thirteen. The best thing you can do right now is ignore him and hope that he goes away, or try to work with him. While he is a demon, he's one of the few that won't randomly betray you just because you're a mortal. No, he'll tell you straight to your face that he's bretraying you, then he'll try to use his whip, which makes it easier to run away from him."
... Well, crud.
(Reward: Met Professor "Fantasic"/Phantasmo. Phantasmo sheet unlocked.)
Professor Phantasmo (Scooby Doo)
Martial: 5+30(The Calliope)=35(While his real appearance can barely move, the Calliope gives him a false body that is physically fit and, thanks to his whip, capable of throwing fireballs around with ease.)
Diplomacy: 5+30(The Calliope)=35 (While his true form is that of a horrifying old man, when in the presence of his Calliope Phantasmo appears to be one of the most charismatic people in the world.)
Stewardship: 20+10(The Calliope)=30 (Even if he is simply a demon masquerading as a businessman, he has gotten good at managing things.)
Intrigue: 15+20(The Calliope)=35(Phantasmo ran his mystical circus for generations before he and his fellows were finally locked away.)
Learning: 14+10(The Calliope)=24 (While isn't the smartest of the Thirteen Ghosts, he can certainly pretend to be a genius when using his calliope.)
Occult: 40+20(Magic Whip)=60 (Phantasmo is one the Thirteen, a group of incredibly powerful demons. Add on his whip? He's a magical juggernaut.)
Traits:
- Magic Whip: Few arcane objects are as versatile as Phantasmo's whip. (+20 to Occult. Allows the user to cast any spell they want, as long as they have the Occult stat/roll to back it up.)
- Welcome To The Circus: You will never leave... (If a target loses an Occult roll against Phantasmo, he can take over the mind until someone else breaks them free.)
- The Calliope: It hides the truth... (As long as his calliope is working, Phantasmo's stats are boosted.)
. . . . . . . .

[] Look at that guy! He's enormous! He must be the strongman!
[] Is that cotton candy... moving?
[] Talk to Vick Van Dyke some more.
[] Help Googie look around the circus
[] Scaramouche tells you that, besides his whip which he keeps on him at all times, Phantasmo's strongest asset is his magical calliope. If you break it, he'll be... somewhat easier to beat. But you still don't have any way to contain him.
[] Reveal that you know the truth about him and try to convince Phantasmo to become an ally of yours. He would be a big help against many of your neighbors.
[] Isn't that Jaune?
[] Why is that tiny puppy walking around on his hind legs, sneaking around, and carrying a giant creepy purple chest.
