Already, the few minors gangs found among your city have rooted out. Though this has put some tension on the populous with some voicing their displeasure.
But this was natural
Thankfully, Marshel Dredd has made sure that his arbiters don't push to hard on the people. While someone who follows the law like any good arbities, he had some common sense.
He expects that this campaign should keep crime down to a minimum for a good while, before it springs up as he claims that while Crime never ends, so does Justice.

The first stop in his journey was, to no one's surprise, Ilone. It was their home.
He spent two years coming over the continent for tech. And during his time, he found some things.
Some were broken devices of little worth other than scrap metal but one discovery left him absolutely ecstatic.
It was a ship. One that was nearly intact, possibly because it recently arrived on Pandora. Unfortunately, it's crew appears to have perished either in the crash or in Pandora's wilds, still, they were not using it so it was yours.
You almost oiled your robes at this. From there his journey took him to Kacoris, Ilone's neighboring continent, and there he discovered a second cache of tech.
He discovered some kind of hidden bunker left in ruins and from could seen, time wasn't the major culprit,and soon, he entered it.[/QUOTE]
There was blood, but no bodies. Further exploration into the non collapsed parts of the bunker proved more of the same. But then soon found a body.
t was discovered under some rubble and was badly damaged. Something happened here.
and Cervower isn't whether to concerned or not. But for now, focus on whether or not there are some things to be salvageable.
Taking note to of the symbol on the walls, most likely related to the bunker's former occupants.
He took a picture of it just in case.
From there, his journey to the Ivaroth.
Cervower searched high and low but couldn't any tech of value.

Zaku productions were a bit hard to make. While fabricators have significantly improved the production of the necessary parts, the assembly of the Zakus was still a tiring process. More and more they conferred to the displaced where these Zakus come from.
A few were able to provide some aid but overall it was just a simple factor of time and manpower. So far, around only six were made. Pandora would have to improve their manufacturing capabilities if it wanted acceptable production levels.

Now, once more it was time study Digimon. Observations were done on several Digimon in a closed network of cogitators, and with Agumon's information you compiled a series of notes.
Interests peaked as the Digimon built their own little "civilization" within the network, which seemed to improve the cogitators and pleased the machine spirits. And so, you asked questions.
Much of it matched the information Aguman had previously provided you.
Evolution was also a curious thing.
Rather than the process of change for a species to adapt and survive over time, "digivolution" seem to focused on empowering the individual. Which leads to many different forms.

Injected himself with some of the diseases and writing down the results of his treatments.
Noting down was effective and what was not.
By the sixth year, his research barred fruit as he created a biobooster that significantly increased a users immune system and had been the guinea pig for it.
Already, the bioboosters are being supplied throughout the cities when possible, and helping combat the diseases. This greatly improved the life expectancy of the Pandoran populous.
Of course, they no replacement for actual vaccines but they work as a suitable alternative.

He was a young man, born from a family in the underhive of Pandora Prime. He was discovered when he blasted a ridiculous amount of voltage on one of the creatures.
Needless to say, he was quickly escorted to the Scholastica Psykana and rose through the grades quickly.
His powers proved to be the most versatile out of all the Adepts.
It was the power of Lighting itself.
His name is Gideon Mearghas and he is the first electrokinetic adept on Pandora. Nicked name the Azure Striker.
Great expectations and fears are placed on his shoulders for both him and all Adepts, and he exceeded, resulting in the creation of a new ranking system. With him being on the top.
Truly, he will serve the Omnissiah well.
Indeed, you may consider sending him a mission in the future
