One nice thing: between the free library and the Expand/Study Forests, that's two of the requirements for paper. Just need to get a Study Alchemy secondary in next turn, when we start the Palace.
Phygrif isn't likely to be paying that much attention, and we've just got it. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a mid-turn action regarding it.
