I'd like to change over policy to either trade or back to restoration.
We need the stats to build the Palace and libraries / temples in our outlying provinces. Plus more trails.

So, Art and Economy.

I'd go for Balanced, personally; we should be taking an Art Patronage action ourselves reasonably soon anyway, and Mysticism is going to keep trickling into Art as time passes.

Is there a need to send a war mission? I'm fine with stopping and turtling up - working on our Stability and Legitamacy and trying to tie all our different vassals together.

Will there be problems if we are not in a constant state of war?
it's required as per AN

One Main and Two Secondary actions or One Main x2 and One Secondary available. Must commit at least 1 Main Action to a War Mission against the Highlanders. Your lowland vassals are currently cleaning up the situation in the east and would appreciate help but do not need it. This is a defensive war and thus can be kicked for extra effort

There was probably little qualms with the sacking and "refugees" because the only people left were Ork King, Lowlanders who wanted vengeance, and Mercs, who were more used to fighting and more militarized than the people proper. Even then, they were still pretty hesitant.

I would like to take this moment to say:

I totally called it when I insinuated that the Ymaryn would be around longer than the Xohyrissi.

Okay, have time, now then.
*Looks at tally*
....
Sigh, none of you are gaining the needed econ for a new temple, you know?
The thing that is kind of critical to the survival of our new megaproject?
WARNING: Requires a minimum of two temples or two libraries to remain functional. Failure to maintain this requirement can result in the loss of critical knowledge and the breakdown of the system, degrading the wonder
I don't even...

We currently don't have to be at high centralization to mitigate this disaster anymore, and while trails are wanted, they aren't needed. Especially since we just helped out the north. Getting the temple set up so our megaproject doesn't degrade is of paramount importance, and we should absolutely do it as soon as possible. With our provinces being on offensive, we're going to have to generate our own econ in the meantime. We are still very low on econ slots, so some mills, but we want the econ period so not a main.

@Academia Nut A few questions.

How worn out is the Red Banner?

What info does our intrigue hero have on the TS? Are they really going to stay out of the war, or are they just pretending?

I know there's at least one vote pushing for a [secondary] Build Mills. You could advocate for that, maybe?
Technically I am voting for it. Considering our situation it is the best way to increase econ slots as it is action light and gains us two econ which we'll need soon. Those true cities are expensive.

Also looking at the tally it's... 4 votes now, vs the 22 of expand forests.

[X] [RB] West, through the hills
[X] [Main] New Trails
[X] [Main] New Trails x2
[X] [Secondary] More Boats
[X] [Policy] Offensive

Main differences:
Continue to use the RB while we still have a good Martial king for what should be his last turn. They can rest later.
More Boats to start working on the Econ/Econ Expansion damage we've taken and really keep getting Diplo up there. Wealth is stable, don't need to distribute land right now.

Time to get on with fixing our structural issues.

Sorry, too sleepy to actually read stuff... Why I didn't vote earlier.

Well, at least this way we will be safe.

I do wish the last secondary went towards increasing econ slots though.
More Boats isn't a bad option. The dice gods own my secondary though so I shan't join you.

Which is why we killed them, the thread was subconsciously jealous letting the lowlands faction get their win.
Now WE are the favored child!

It's pretty wild that the King managed to sack Xohyr with only the lowlanders and Red Banner.

Of course, we also created siege weaponry when we're the only nation with cities.
