Khorne: "Bloody hippies, they rebuffed the last two double hero shots with static defenses, even if I got into their heads a bit and taught them the love for Nomad blood, they went and gave presents to Nomads!
Slaanesh: "I'm loving what they do here, they love My perfection, and they accept fucking with everyone and everything. But their music is crap and so is their art."
Tzeentch: "I planned the taxes! And the City! And the legal reforms!"
Nurgle: *Sulks*

I approve.

E: Response because why not.

Khorne: Well at least we can do Total War.
Slaanesh: Maybe we attempt to fuck trees? That must be novel right?
Tzeentch: Well one out of 3 ain't bad.
Nurgle: Nahnahnah boo boo! Bleh!

Why would slaanesh hate our music?
its an Eldar product
Were High Elves! Our music taste should match!

I don't think we even have complex instruments.

We just have boring singing and woodwinds most likely. Woe how we are bereft of the good things.

We haven't done enough Art Patronage to get proper musicians.
Our music tech, in the Bronze age is "oh, those guys? they do it for a hobby". You need Festivals for that and we hadn't really been big on festivals ever since we ran out of slots. We've never Mained Festivals back when we DID have slots.
I'm pretty sure we're mostly on percussion and simple horns. There's no demand to develop woodwinds.

Nurgle would like Cosmopolitan Acceptance though.

Tzeentch and Slaanesh are right there in our temple incidentally!

Veekie's post made me realize that just the 'optimal' actions isn't enough. We're also interested in just how efficient different non-optimal moves are, stat-wise. In that case, for Diplo, Main Trails is incredibly inefficient, while More Docks is almost as good as Trade Missions.

So... Here we go for each stat (except Econ); I'm only doing the 'without making new settlements' case because this is plenty of work to do once. ;)

And Khorne would be going: NO! MORE XENOPHOBIA!

And having rage-gasms(since he can't have the normal kind) over the Lowlands because they must be his favorite thing ever.

And Tzeentch is probably gleeful at our successful attempts to keep them divided.

Um the formatting has done fucked itself.

Okay I get that Tzeentch and Crow are very similar, but who is Slaanesh supposed to be?
Can't be Fythagyna, she's fertility based and has little to do with pleasure or sex, she's a lot more like Isha, she focuses on life in a more wholesome, primal manner.
Could possibly be Fem!Math because as a courtier she would presumably be involved in sex and multiple partners and so on...

@pblur we are capped on legitimacy, its one of the reasons for building the Palace as it might raise that cap.
I accounted for that. In the 'With settlements' case, there are two values listed, one for when legitimacy is capped, and one for when it isn't. It doesn't affect the 'without settlements' case.
I'd also highlight that Trade Missions are rolled gains, so how does the math work out factoring that?
Randomized values are taken to be the expected value with even odds, with the exception of Main RoO (where I account for the double roll) and EJ (where I'm estimating and average of 1-3 = 1.5 and 2-3 = 2.25 due to walls.)

Good catch; I editted that into the assumptions.

That's the point, Slaanesh is the corrupted form of Fyth, taking her in the strange direction. One thing to remember about Slaanesh is that it is not just about sex-murder-boners but also perfection. And you can consider Fyth the Ymaryn's idealized form of feminine perfection and beauty so it is a suitable representation.

Ah, perfect, it's fixed now. Thank you for making it!

Maybe forward it to @Therealtahu to be put in the Mechanics post?

I could see a link between Slaneesh and Gwy/Goya. At the very least I think Slaneesh would approve of them and Gwygoytha.

Yep! I actually made a diagram to help keep track:
Just follow the arrows - and in case of stuff flowing out of the middle complex, go in increasing order (0, then 1, then 2, then 3).

One interesting point here. Of the 'normal' stats that overflow into each other, Econ and Art are 0.5 actions, and all the rest are 1 action value. If we want to golden age or overflow-fill a different stat, those are the cheap way to do it.

Another note, it seems like our action spread is shifting from things that solely spend a lot of Econ, to things that spend a good chunk of Econ and a good chunk of Wealth. If we could get a Wealth refund going then that may well cause our overflow generator to go nuts since so many actions only cost 1 Wealth so stuff going into Wealth just feed overflow.

Uhhh... I forgot temple refund in this.

BRB, recalculating everything. :(

It does raise some interesting parallels, Slaanesh is a dark mirror of Fyth and Tzeentch is a dark mirror of Crow, Crow being a manipulative schemer for reasons which are beneficial to the whole world and can be understood, they have a purpose, meanwhile Tzeentch schemes for the hell of it and to cause as much chaos as possible

I wonder what a Negaverse of the Hatathyn would look like. It has to be Intensely frustrating to bounce like a pinball off of the other guy's defenses. Especially if NegaNut told them that we created mercenaries to drain our Martial because they weren't doing it fast enough.
