the plot here is some random asb is bored and decides to have fun with the multiverse by teleporting 1983 canada, united states, japan, and south korea to the 1983 doomsday universe two days after the nukes devastated the north hemisphere
the conditions here are:
.any radiation cluod that comes from northamerica and japan and south korea are completely wiped so that doesnt affect the arrival of our otl countries (although they will have to deal with the ones coming from europe and asia)
.any tourist, goverment agent, soldier and resources or people that just move to a different country, that belongs to from each isoted country are put back safe in their country of origin (with their belongings of course)
this isot event ocurrs the 28 of september 1983 at 23:00 pm
