Okay. I need my brain to reboot, so let's start back from the diamond and our resources, because that really didn't seem to get all that much attention.
I'm thinking... (total expenses in parentheses)
The Yiga Assassin was probably carrying some handy stuff that it might be nice to be able to use.
If Link and Ganondorf know each other that well, "Your Majesty" is a trap option. Reactions likely either "what do you not remember me, come on, you've been to town a few times, you should know by now" or somehow Zelda reacting to being called by her proper honorific (and blowing her paper-thin disguise cover which she really isn't very good at to begin with).
I'm inclined to vote for something like
[]*Whisper to Sheik* 'play along' "Yep, that's it all right," if just because I'm really fond of the 'fake-relationship becomes real' shtick. But, y'know, the odds of write-ins getting anywhere when there's a couple of options people can low-effort vote on are slim-to-none.
Now, the one about research subject, on the other hand, offers some innuendo opportunities if Ganonbro wants to go that way. It allows for him to play up Sheik's adorkable "I'm doing research" trait. It would also be more likely to allow "Well I found her mostly dead and managed to get her in halfway-decent shape. That's one thing Dalia never tried."

- Bow (Some wear, currently carried and used by Sheik, unknown arrow supply)
- Epona (Who we might do well to have Sheik ride for transit, if just because Horseback Archery is a Thing, because it gives her something of a close combat option)
- 1 Diamond
- Assorted scraps and valuable parts from defeated enemies(?)

- A bow for us and possibly Ganondorf, and enough arrows to keep us from running dry. (2850)
