No SV, You Are The Eldritch Horror! (Quest)

What do the exceptions look like?
A Magus, that's what they're called, might grow to be much more powerful than either a Wizard or Sorcerer can manage on their own. Becomes more than the sum of its parts. Similar to Metamagic from DnD, I guess. Very rare. They are often priorities to snuff out before they really get going on their power trip! There's also the chance that they'll die very badly if they fail to properly balance the two forces. Altogether, there are pros and cons!

Haha, no. The two put together... well, let's just say there'd be no real game to be had! Besides, they really, really, don't get along that well! :D

[X] The Protector

Think about it, it's the first time in forever since humanity has seen and interacted with a deity, we should put our best foot forward.

The Destroyer isn't exactly a bad foot, though. It destroys enemies of humanity. It's a warleader. It's not implied to be unsocial or anything.

And both of these entities are going to exist, regardless. It's just a question of which is our player character, and which is an NPC. I find the Destroyer to have the more interesting/entertaining power-set. It ventures forth and conquers. It mutates people into powerful new forms, so that they can fight. It leads and inspires.
