Knowing When people talk about us and what they say is a exemptional intelligence asset. It doesn't seem to have range limit, so it could warn us from a palace plot as well as a King's Landing one.

What I am uncertain about, is if we get to know the identity of the speaker before we have to spend 1 Essence.

Because a lot of people are going to be talking about Daenerys eventually, and most of those talks will be completely useless. The Signal-to-noise ratio will be terrible.

There is also the risk that someone will figure out this power, and start using aliases, which would basically neuter it as an ability.

The ability to magically enforce oaths is the best way to counter the backstab happy setting.
 
While I generally don't like taking an early 5-Dot Charm in this case VEE could be very valuable.

In M20 old age is defined as a Flaw, that VEE can buy off. And being ageless is a relativly cheap Merit, that VEE can buy you.
We could have Barristan in his physical prime, as just one example of direct use.

That is besides getting people's support by granting wishes.

This would be cool. Though I feel the training charms would actually be pretty good picks too.

By accepting a mortal's oaths of fealty and putting him through a dedicated training regimen, the Infernal can transform him into a fanatical killer, and eventually, a devil in his own right.

System: The Infernal may personally train any mortal who has sworn some sort of formal oath of loyalty to her. During each day of training such a disciple or group of disciples, spend 1 Essence per student. At the end of seven days of training, all students gain 30 experience points to spend raising their Physical Attributes, Wits, and Alertness, Archery, Athletics, Brawl, Melee, or Ride Abilities. No Ability can be raised higher than that of their Infernal instructor. This Charm can be used on the same students repeatedly, but bestows only 20 experience points on subsequent training regimens. Any unspent experience is lost. Alternately, rather than bestowing 20 experience from a subsequent training regimen, the Infernal may instead infuse the wicked powers of Hell into them, transforming them into bakemono – a sort of monster that shapeshifters know as fomori. Rules for fomori can be found on pages 428-439 of W20

The Infernal can continue to train her Devil Disciples after they have become bakemono, if she wishes.

The Infernal may lead a group of mortals or bakemono in a regimen of training, worship, and indoctrination, quickly forming them into a shape of her desiring and creating the nucleus of a cult.

System: During each day of training a group of mortals or bakemono, spend 1 Essence per acolyte. At the end of seven days of training, all students gain 30 experience points to spend raising their Physical Attributes, Manipulation, and Alertness, Brawl, Intimidation, Legerdemain, Melee, or Occult Abilities. No Ability can be raised higher than that of their Infernal instructor. This Charm can be used on the same acolytes repeatedly, but bestows only 20 experience points on subsequent training regimens. Any unspent experience is lost.

Completing a training regimen under this Charm makes the acolytes into creatures of darkness, if they were not already. Additionally, each course of training alters an acolyte's personality in the following fashion:
  1. After one course of training, he will grow to violently despise one concept specified by the Infernal.
  2. After two courses of training, he will only speak a selection of languages approved by the Infernal, and will learn the primary language among this approved list if he does not already speak it.
  3. After three courses of training, he will only wear a specific uniform or style of clothing endorsed by the Infernal.
  4. After four courses of training, he will shun and scrupulously avoid certain actions or modes of thought proscribed by the Infernal.
  5. After five courses of training, he will adopt one obligation he must regularly discharge, as defined by the Infernal.

A single young Barristan is quite nice. But 50 people as skilled as Barristan is incredible.
 
I quoted those charms here. The Oath of a Hundred Devils is the Army training charm as it does not turn people into Horrors like Chirality charm.

In addition, the abilities it allows us to teach means we can train up entire groups of master Swordsman in a weeks time.

Chirality is cheaper though, and many of the effects could be mitigated.

Treachery to Dany

All languages Dany speaks.

Army uniform or other styles of outfits for those working for Dany.

After four courses of training, he will shun and scrupulously avoid certain actions or modes of thought proscribed by the Infernal.
Crimes of murder, rape and theft.

After five courses of training, he will adopt one obligation he must regularly discharge, as defined by the Infernal.
Combat practise every day in order to maintain/achieve excellence.

Finally we have the Creature of Darkness label. That is annoying, since it makes our troops more vulnerable to Solars, but repeated uses of VEE would do that anyway. Besides, it does have some advantages. Sun-Denying Spite for example reduces visibility to 5 yards, but not to CoD that have Dany's favor. If all her troops are CoD's, invoking this in the midst of a battle against an opposing army would be catastrophic to them.
 
We need VEE absolutely, It also can grant legendary aptitude for magic to those with potential. Also want Mana Maggot Plague, we are in a pretty poor position right now if I recall right, and it solves logistical issues, a god send for a primarily mounted force.

Depends on what if favored.

Index unfavored is 12xp while Oath favored is 15xp.

Also keep in mind that we do not have dots or key abilities that the wicked city charms make use of. Meaning it will be a dead discount.

Here are a list of abilities that the Wicked City rolls.

Intelligence + Commerce
Craft
Charisma + (higher of Commerce or Crafts)
Manipulation + Commerce
Wits + Legerdemain
Intelligence + (Animal Ken or Seneschal)
Wits + Legerdemain vs Perception + Alertness
Intelligence + Hearth Wisdom (difficulty 8).

Of the above, we have 0 Dots in all of them and while we have 3 Dots in Seneschal and 1 Dot in Commerce, but they are not Key so no excellency.

To put it simply, we are not a craft character and do not have the dots to make use of 2/3 of the Wicked City charms. Or to be more exact, we have 10 charms that we cannot make use of.

Ah, but I am not suggesting we start taking Wicked City charms in large quantities, merely pick and choose. There are no prereq requirements in Ex vs WoD.

CPI has no ability rolls. Also, it allows training in the following abilities, to max of our current level. I have included our current level in parentheses.
Physical Attributes(2/5/2), Manipulation(5), and Alertness(0), Brawl(0), Intimidation(3), Legerdemain(0), Melee(5), or Occult Abilities(3).
For a total of 25 dots.

Compared to OoOHDD.
Physical Attributes (2/5/2), Wits (2), and Alertness (0), Archery (0), Athletics (0), Brawl (0), Melee(5), or Ride Abilities (0).
For a total of 16 dots.

When it comes to our current abilities, CPI would actually allow us to train people in more fields, and higher. With it we could train both our armies, our diplomats and even mages.

No dragons, no ride dots, and that's terrible, but can at least Daenerys dance her way through combat?

Add a soundtrack at least. Malfeas demands it.
