The entire Saiyan race gets transported to the Warhammer 40k galaxy right before Frieza wiped them out.

The way I plan on handling that is that having ki control makes you naturally more resistant to Choas and the stronger your ki control is the harder it is for choas or psychers or whatever to fuck with your mind. So khorn could probably yoink the weakest saiyans if he really tried but any mid to high class warrior saiyan is funtionally immune to choas. Or at least that my justfication.I like the idea, but I'm a bit concerned about how the Saiyan's are ideal Khornates. Chaos corruption is something that would pretty quickly wreck the species and by extension, the galaxy given the average Saiyan bloodlust and desire for fighting strong opponents. I don't really see a way to prevent that.

Next thing we see is him yelling at his "son" to PUT the raptor dragon down and NO he can not EAT it.
Pre gathering storm. The important question is if this takes place pre or post-Gathering Storm. I'm surprised nobody has asked.
Well I guess to Saiyans 40k basically IS paradise. In terms of disposition Saiyans are basically Diet Ork.
Emperor Pilaf saves the world from the Red Ribbon Army? Kami Piccolo get's off his ass to fight King Piccolo? A lot of things could happen. Now - it would be fun to see. On the other side - Earth from DB would die without its defender. And Bulma never get boyfriend, which is even worst.
Nothing bad would happen. Pilaf would get his wish and the red ribbon army would be subservient tonhim along with all the rest of the worlds armys. Remeber Pilaf was the one who freed King Piccolo so without Goku stopping Pillaf from getting his wish King Piccolo would still be in that Rice Cooker till either he or Kami eventually drops from.old age and takes the other with them. The saiyans wouldnt have come for goku and the androids wouldn't have been created as rhe Red Ribbon army would be under pillafs control and thus wouldnt have been destroyed. So honestly earths probably better off without goku.Emperor Pilaf saves the world from the Red Ribbon Army? Kami Piccolo get's off his ass to fight King Piccolo? A lot of things could happen.
They will find out when said Monkey turns into ape or when its hungry. Or how loose cannons they are.
I'm expecting that it's a stomp, in any individual battle between Saiyans and anything but high level Warhammer champions, but the Saiyans are still not all that overpowered, due to the fact that the Imperium alone has more worlds than the Saiyans have individuals, and while the Saiyans are overpowered, very few of them can purge an average Warhammer world solo.I guess that could work...
Well, I'll see where this goes. As long this doesn't turn into a one-sided stomp, things should be interesting.
EDIT: Let's see what changes this new faction brings to the grimdark future.
Kami don't have to save the world from King Piccolo, if Goku isn't there Pilaf succeed in wishing to become king of the world, which mean he has no reason to free King Piccolo, so King Piccolo stay in the rice cooker for yet another eternity.Emperor Pilaf saves the world from the Red Ribbon Army? Didn't Beerus only come to Earth because of the Saiyans?I'm expecting that it's a stomp, in any individual battle between Saiyans and anything but high level Warhammer champions, but the Saiyans are still not all that overpowered, due to the fact that the Imperium alone has more worlds than the Saiyans have individuals, and while the Saiyans are overpowered, very few of them can purge an average Warhammer world solo.
So the Saiyans are suddenly the highest quality forces in the galaxy, but they're also about the smallest space faring race in the galaxy, and their constant battle seeking, don't allow them to grow in numbers quickly.
And then there's space battles were they are very weak, the Saiyans have almost no battle ships, so their ability to fight a space fleet, is more or less limited to flying to the edge of a planets atmosphere, and trying to hit the spaceships with KI blasts, and while that tactic might work, unless there's a lot of Saiyans to box the spaceships in, they are likely to be able to dodge the KI blasts as far as they stay a few hundred thousand kilometers away, and the Saiyans get tired which spaceships don't.
And if there's enough Saiyans on a planet, to box spaceships in and keep the pressure up indefinitely by shooting in shifts, then there's likely enough Saiyans on that planet, that the spacefleet will deem it worth it to exterminatus the planet, and Saiyans don't do so well without air.

The problems don't happen until Babidi arrives to set Buu free, and without the Saiyans to drain KI from, Kaioshin is likely to be able to stop Babidi before he can release Buu.
Which mean problems only happen if we go all the way to Dragonball Super, where the Earth probably get destroyed by the god of destruction.
Yes but he got the prophecy centuries ago, so that mean he got it far before the crossover happened, which mean unless the prophet predicted the crossover, Beerus will go to Earth thinking he can get a good fight, only to throw a planet destroying tantrum, when he find that Tien is the worlds strongest fighter, at a power level of less than 1000.
If it's found out they can breed with humans, there will probably be at least some factions of the Imperium, that will argue that they are abhumans, and so it's okay to hire Saiyan mercenaries, this faction will be heavily helped, by the fact that Saiyans are going to trend towards being cheap to hire, for how effective they are, what with the fact that Saiyans mainly want to eat and fight, so most Saiyans can probably be paid in quality food. So, will the Saiyans be considered an offshoot of humanity by the Imperium?
Viable option. But Bulma still not get Vegeta, and our imp do not get C18,becouse androids was never made. Well, they would find another.Nothing bad would happen. He definitely wasn't having his people kill all non-Saiyans, their missions was explicitly to secure the non-combatant Xenos on Vegeta, whether they offered the Freeza force soldiers the option to surrender is unknown, but the operation was all about securing precious non-combat personal, which is something there's few to none of amongst the Saiyans. The concept is interesting, but @RedFang Warrior you definitely need to give things a second pass for editing/proofreading. There's one point where you refer to Paragus as Bardock, and there's more than a few issues of general grammar, spelling, and capitalization. There's 1-2 sentences in the "Eldar find Goku" segment that switch from Third Person to First Person (using "we").
As well, it might be handy to give at least vague references in an Author's Note at the end as to where these 4 groups are, as the 40k galaxy is quite large. Details can be revealed in time, of course.
Also, it might help to get some in-story clarification, in the first couple of segments set on Planet Vegeta, whether King Vegeta was having his people kill all non-Saiyans, or just any Frieza Force soldiers/warriors who didn't surrender.
