The amount of troops under Goradel's command will be automatically increased to be exactly 10% of the other divisions, ensuring that no one steps out of line as the sword of Goradel's men will be ready to bring the sword down on the rowdy faction. This preserves Austrex's autonomy, while also ensuring stability. The current state of affairs will be maintained for as long as possible, and while there is a risk of extrajudicial militias loyal to each party forming, it won't get too bad as long as there is the common enemy that are the Imperial Successors.
