For as long as you can remember, there was only darkness.
Time has lost all meaning in this eternal sleep that you found yourself in. Sometimes the darkness would be temporarily dispelled by brilliant memories. Vivid memories of battlefields long gone, of wars no one remembers anymore, fought by empires long collapsed.
And then one day, the comforting darkness of the world is painfully stripped away from you. Or rather you were forcefully stripped from it. If you could scream from the sensory assault, you would had. A kaleidoscope of colors and noises bombards you for what felt like an eternity.
And then it all stopped. You take a breath. Your first in countless years. Your eyes strain to make sense of the scene before you, having seen nothing but darkness for so long. The cooling sensation of air flowing through your hair, gently caressing your skin. The sound of water draws your attention towards it. Peering into its depths, you saw:
[] A hulking figure, clad in a set of heavy armor. Numerous barrels protrude from your armor. A mask shaped into the form of a grinning skull hides your face from view.
[] A gleaming white knight clad in armor. A pair of large oval shaped shields strapped on your arms, while the compound eye of your helmet shines bright in the night.
[] A warrior clad in blue and white, seven swords decorates your body while a glowing green orb seats in the middle of your chest.
[] A set of sleek and streamlined armor. A pair of engines are mounted on your back while red spots on your armor conceals hidden launchers. A large rifle of sorts lies in your hand, the multiple barrels on the weapon gleaming in the moonlight.
