And the added benefit of spending some extra time with the ones you love.

We really need to work one bringing our stress down. Our health level is described as Very Stressed. We need to relax a little, cause this is not healthy.

I know everyone loves Emma but if we are going to get more famous, make contacts, do anything that get us power. Having a romantic relationship with her will be used against is. We have Hydra, the Kennedy's, Starks board members, any enemies we don't know that want to stop us. Being outed as being gay in the 50's would destroy our aspirations.

Or kick stars the gay rights movement early as raven is a world famous Olympic medalist, war hero, president saver, movie/music star, etc.
Any idiot that tries and blackmails/use that against raven isn't liable to be quite as effective as they would have thought.

Agreed, it would still be quite the scandal. Until 1973 homosexuality was still listed as a mental illness. Due to our fame it would probably be less of the "you're evil" type of response, and more of a "I'm so sorry you're sick" response, but still a problematic one. Not a crippling one if we can avoid being committed to an asylum though, and given our fame I doubt people would be able to go that far without starting a riot. Of course, going public early on also has its own benefits in moving the gay rights movement forward a few decades.
 
Really coming out gay will have a black lash. For one we would lose influence with the president or really any politician at the time. Right now in the 50's the Democratic Party is like the republicans. Hollywood would also stop putting us in movies. We would still be able to do music. Warren might give us back our money. I really do not see us being able to push gay rights before civil rights.

I was taking as a single action where we grab Charles and basically do Power exploring meditations with psychic aid... and though that Including Emma in the psychic aided meditation sessions would be a nice way of connecting with both of them.

Does it seem too much? should I cut it down?

If it's worn, that meant it was used a lot (?) and hopefully not it's worn because there wasn't any magic to protect it from the ravage of time. Cross fingers on it being a healing buff and not curse the wearer debuff.

I know I might get a lot of hate for this... but is there any way to take Joe Green place in the 1970s commercial?

I like the idea of spending more time with Emma and Charles and we're doing something that could save our live later. Charles can't be disapprove of us learning to heal right?

Not a huge problem considering we can shape shift. If we really don't wanna be caught, shapeshift into Male!Raven.

Aside from that, I'd be fine with being outed.

I mean, the only reason we are decided to become a politician and a famous person in the first place is so we could help people. Being outed as gay is a pretty surefire way to help homosexual people, so it's does fit our goals here.

It doesn't work if we get outed now - or at least things would be much more difficult. We need to set the stage first, make progress on civil rights in general and start changing the perception of homosexuality, then reveal ourselves for maximum impact to hammer the message home.
 
Ok trying to get my point across. This is the 50's and the USA . The USA is one of the most conservative countries in the western world. The only reason that gay rights have gained so much is that people in the country now are the least religious they have ever been. Outing ourselves would only hurt ourselves now. It will be decades before doing it would actually do any good.
Also I do not think it will last with Emma. It is the first serous relationship we have ever had. From my own experience those do not last for anyone. Also we just spent the last year on Egypt with Charles.
