Frankly, I'm much more worried that our balance for next turn will be far too small to deal adequately with what's ahead. Heck, despite the obvious ROI potential, I was even considering dropping the Kashyyyk base. I'm still thinking about dropping the Oracle starfighters from Incom, and that's a mere 50 credits!

The Jedi Council is only out to get the Sih because of the whole attempted "take over the galaxy and kill all the Jedi"... multiple times. If they learned that a more or less random (from their perspective) mercenary group had Force users, they'd be curious, but not necessarily concerned. They don't seem to care too much about other Force using groups, provided they don't go around causing trouble. They might send someone to see what's up with us, but that's about it... provided they don't find out how deep the rabbit hole goes.

one of the actual laws of the republic is that all force sensitives belong to the jedi. they take baby and children from the families both willingly and not to be indoctrinated into the jedi ways, if they don't accept the philosophy that says "hey you know all those nice emotions you have? get rid of them and be a robot." or aren't very powerful, they get sent to be farmers in the agricorps. which is stupid because THERE ARE LITERAL FUCKING ROBOTS THAT CAN DO THIS FOR YOU!!!!! WHY WOULD YOU FORCE ANY FORCE USER TO BE A FARMER?!?!?!?!?

Not saying we shouldn't, but it would have advantages.
I always thought that "Sent to the Agricorps" was a polite euphemism for murder. It simply doesn't make sense for the jedi trainees who failed to become padawans on account of their inability to control their emotions or expected susceptibility to the Dark Side to universally accept a life as a farmer. If all failed Jedi trainees were forced to become farmes than you are essentially created a vast recruiting pool for the Dark Jedi, the Sith and the numerous criminal organizations that could benefit from the assistance of powerful force users.
My perspective is that the jedi trainees who were simply to weak and unskilled to become padawans were either offered a job assisting the Jedi Order or were trained to work for other affiliated organizations where they could be easily monitored while the jedi trainees who failed to become padawans due to moral failings were killed.

or it's like a prison cell that their only let out to farm and forced back in to "meditite" or something else
i don't think they've ever show what it's like, at all
have i mentioned that any jedi from the old republic would despise these jedi? this is one of the reasons why
