I just want to point out that this is a laughably small amount compared to what Hazou will need for a full scale model. That's roughly 0.4 m^3 and a full scale model would be (based on EJ's comments of 1:3 model being 16m on a side) (16m)^3 * 3 = 12288 m^3

I mean... [last time,] Orochimaru-pilot [chose to] give us hella shinies last time. Even if he just gave us another mountain of money, I'd accept it (especially given the Medium Financial Consequence our clan is operating under).

Last time we tried to get greedy, of Hazou pilot hadn't caught it, Orochimaru would have been... displeased, as per EJ's interlude.

This is 100% not the take. Oro got pissed because we where wasting his time not because we where bargaining for more. Walking in with a list of things we would like and letting him pick what he is willing to give up is fine as long as we very quickly go onto helping with 3-D sealing

Expectation management: on balance, we feel we made a mistake with the idea of lootboxes and they don't fit the level of simulation we strive for. The ones we have will continue to work because we aren't quite willing to grue them out, but there are no others to be had. You can gain increased XP by direct apprenticeship but not simply by reading.

10 XP bounty edited in just before I saw your message. Offer void if y'all try to weasel around with it such as "we'll send that to get the bonus but soften it by..."
Note: This might be a disastrous and/or life-threatening mistake. I honestly have no idea and haven't thought about it or discussed it with the others. It might have horrible consequences for the players, but it will be super fun to write for the QMs.

One: Could we not simply (and truthfully) claim Clan Secrets on how we produce the replica? Was the previous replica made in sight of others? We could agree to Oro's request but ask to be left alone until it is completed.
Two: I remember us hearing about Rock digging too deep and finding a Terror of some sort that maybe messed with their leader's mind. I wonder if it's anything similar to what we found in the crystal cave, some sort of Sage-era entity, or perhaps a different type of chakra golem.

This could be cut for word count. At 16 m on a side (~4000 m^3) and made of granite with a weight of 2.75 tons/m^3 the previous replica weighs in excess of 10000 tons and cannot be moved. I don't think any human civilization has ever moved a rock that big in all of human history IRL.
Vel also already answered the other parts, scale is 1:1, and Nobs can be involved.
Although the raw materials provided are completely inadequate.
