We're mostly on the same page. I mostly just want to have Hazō take another crack at figuring out how it works. Possibly making another replica or trying to figure out some other seals that could interact with it. Since we the greatest seal master alive now we should have more insight than when we where a scrub
Did Hazou ever try to ES the Great Seal? My expectation is that it can affect the rock of the butte and not that of the Seal itself.

I'd like to finish work on the two-sided portal-opening seal before we do this, and figure out what skills we need to level for Hazo to be able to create paper/ink so he can scribe it from the Nakara path, where he will absolutely end up after trying this.

What I'm hearing is that we got to that stage of the plan while maintaining our ability to form coherent words.

If IN downloads a new copy because of more cracks, could get an idea of the speed of degradation. Worth making a replica for Kumokogo?
Maybe using ES with some kind of buff would be strong enough to protect the Great Seal from EM. Chakra misbehaves near the seal.
All the things. Asuma would not want a nuke in the hands of someone incompetent or malicious. Not taking an interest in your dictator's nuke doctrine sends signals of big blindspots or indifference. Important to be + show we are invested in his choices and able to loyally inform his opinions without crossing a line. Imagining Asuma as Kakashi, does not feel like he is a fortress of unchanging principles. Cannot give up without trying.
If Asuma is convinced the EM effect is easy to TH from scratch, radical nonproliferation policies have less upside. Not chopping Akane's fingers or silencing the Gōketsu. What does Asuma want? What do we want? How can we trade fairly?

I imagine Kumokogo would have asked for a replica if she wanted one, and it would be very hard to do without Noburi present.
It's not a bad idea but I'm not sure it's viable right now.
Brain scrambling bad. Would be nice to give Kumokogo some indication of progress. Kagome summons a trusted Arachnid to look at the home replica?

I feel like I'm being gaslit here. We are the greatest seal master in the world. Sealing lets you research all the essie level tricks. You add those tricks on to Mari who has the stats and we are there. The problems are already solved

As a group I think we could equal an s ranker, though. Akane as point defense/strategic threat, Kei covering fire/battlefield control alongside Hazō, with Mari and Noburi as our S rank trick. Chakra drain is esoteric enough to hit a lot of S rankers, and Mari can enable it with her genjutsu speciality.
Post foom I can easily imagine us taking out Hidan, for example, even with no other tricks. Akane and Kei prevent him from getting his ritual off, Mari fishes for Genjutsu to sap his chakra and buy time for Noburi to do the same. Hazō is redundant so he uses talk-no-jutsu.
Kill Akane, and Mari kills Fire's economy, and probably Naruto.
Kill Mari, and Akane kills Fire.
Piss us off at all and Noburi stops empowering Summon Rushes.
It's not quite as good as actual S rank power, but we've got most of the bases covered, both in personal and political power.

Kind overconfident there. I bet Sasori has 80ish Sealing, but Haozu is probably in the top 10. SSA means we research slower than someone with the same eff Sealing tho. Since they can roll every day.
I don't disagree with your point. None of the other top sealmasters have figured out 3-D seals and Hazou is about to

Doubtful, since sealing is double cost 80 is a huge investment of XP compared to 70. But even if your right he won't be in another year

Our Sealing has gone way up in the last couple IC months. We dove head-first into the Sealing notes that Jiraiya and Orochimaru gave us, dedicating multiple Shadow Clones to the task just to read them faster.
Kagome has the same notes too, and one heck of a head start, but we've got another big advantage over Kagome: Summoning Scroll Acolyte. With that stunt and our quantity of TYS points, we get an absolutely absurd +22 to our Sealing level.
So, like, let's say with the notes and other XP he's been gaining, Kagome hit Sealing 60 recently. (We don't know what his stat's at, but that's plausible). To surpass Kagome we'd just need to hit Sealing 39 because 39 + 22 = 61. This would take a sizeable amount of time for Hazou to reach in normal circumstances, given how expensive Sealing is, but the Sealing notes give Hazou a lot more XP than that. In fact, they've given enough for him to hit base 47 Sealing, effective level 69 after SSA, and we aren't even done.
This is why our Calligraphy has fallen behind. Our Sealing shot up from 'Chuunin-tier' to 'better than Kagome, encroaching on Jiraiya' in the blink of an eye. Fortunately, Calligraphy is regular cost and only needs to be 2/3 of our Sealing score, but we've still found ourselves in a little bit of a lurch where we can't even test the limits of our Sealing abilities because we physically can't draw seals that complex yet.
