Jiraiya and the Minami did work together to undermine the Hyuuga:

I not sure how to reword that, but Jiraiya did try to undermine the Hyuuga while Leaf was still in trouble, so the argument that Jirayia didn't act against them is just wrong.
And I am not sure why we are trying to roll against a Jonin.
