Intentionally so!It's a bit bare bones but, sure why not. Unfortunately don't have more time to throw more suggestions at people because sleepy time but I like the idea of H&H just hanging out. This has been a long time coming.
[X] Action Plan: Let it Go: The Redux
Also,
I strongly disagree with the hyperfocus on taking only "rational" actions. At best, you are constantly following incentive gradients as determined by your personal search horizon. Like, I almost want to do a small brain, big brain, galaxy brain meme here where the start and endpoints are "do things that make you happy" with a bunch of convoluted scaffolding interspersed with signaling nonsense inbetween.
I actually just want Hazou to have an excuse to interact with Kakashi outside of professional life, in a way that Kakashi might actually respond to. I mean, this is Kakashi. How else do you get his attention without being a little eccentric?
Personally I think Hazou is already pretty eccentric by his society's standards and if we want to be taken seriously in those aspects that we care about more, we should try not to compound that with extra craziness.I can't really see it hurting us to deliver cookies to Kakashi, either.
I wouldn't send cookies to my company's VP even if he made a joke about cookies in a conversation we had once.

Really? Damn. I bought mine a bottle of Kraken as a joke and got a raise and a promotion.
E:
But seriously, countersignalling is a thing.
I agree the cookies thing is pretty inane and not very effective on that front, but it's really, incredibly minor, and tbh my greatest gripe with our decisions throughout the quest is that we are way too serious about insignificant details, and not nearly serious enough about the things that actually matter.
...It's almost like those things are hard and we know that and want to be serious about serious things, but are afraid of failure, and so all of that seriousness gets transferred to affecting ridiculously minor optimizations.
"Hazou presuming he's important enough to take people's time when he should know better"
Also, Kagome-sensei and Keiko deserved some credit for their contributions to the skywalkers and the Exams.
Keiko gets ALL the ratings.Since the new accepted venue for influencing Hazou thoughts is posting your own thoughts, I have a whole graveyard's worth of bones to pick with this. Particularly the Exams.
Forget the "Some" part. Focus on how only Keiko gets mentioned. Noburi should be getting mad respect. These are just the accomplishments that I remember:
Noburi is a beast. I drew up plans during the exams that involved him soloing a whole team, but only because I didn't think we could get multiple teams to follow us onto open water. I thought the plan would only fail if S rankers or Jonin got involved, but since he rolled a 78 I think it would depend on the Jonin.
- He schooled team bloodrage so thoroughly it probably got Naruto rescued.
- Covered for us in the Yakuza meetings.
- Saved our sorry ass when we were unconscious in a tunnel.
- He thought of the OPSEC idea of going out on the water.
- That crazy trick defusing the stack of explosion seals
- As I will never tire of mentioning, he rolled a 78. He could have literally fought the entire 9 ninja team blindfolded.
Perhaps we need to be a bit louder, it seems the kid's got some shit caked up into the trans-dimensional interface.
Bonus XP be damned, I've gotten at least one or two of those OOC and by thunder if I need to write a thousand Omakes to slam this into this kids head, I will.
We are under the limit.

[X] Action Plan: Tonight We Fix the Kid
Spend FP to resist any compels.
Hazou maintains strict OPSEC despite his emotionally vulnerable state.
- Quickly take Mom aside.
- Explain how we would rather she be civil to Mari at least until tomorrow.
- Please?
- Introduce her to everyone!
- Especially Kagome-sensei!
- Spend some quality time with Mom after dinner making OPSEC "cookies".
- We should have acquired the ingredients
- Come home and chill in your room with Hana.
- Put up air domes for privacy
- Catch up:
- Talk about your team.
- Give her highlights of all your adventures (the good and the bad: keep OPSEC in mind!)
- Explain your dream of uplift and concrete steps made in bringing it into reality.
- Hug Momma.
- Thank her for being there.
- Go to bed.
Its more for privacy than for any sort of security measure.I think that Air Domes are extremely unnecessary within the center of the Goketsu compounds past all of Kagome's various defenses.
I also think that privacy is unnecessary unless Hana explicitly requests it.Its more for privacy than for any sort of security measure.
E: Goddamnit that stupid ": P " again...
Edits:
I think instead of venting or talking about specific things, we can probably just tell Mom about the highlights of everything (good and bad).
Hana-pilot should be able to take it from there, I think.
Easy fix. There's a lot of shit that Hazō cannot tell mom about. Can we stow it for the time being until we get Mari and Jiraiya to help with opsec?

How many times would you like the word OPSEC to show up before you are satisfied the child will not blurt any obvious and important secrets out?I don't think it's simple as "don't spill any secret"?
I should fix that in my plan TBH. I totally see flaws.
Maybe, maybe not!
