There's been no voting nor any significant discussion of action plans since 7:45am this morning. Personally, I'd like to get started on writing. I'm going to close voting at 2:45pm (35 minutes from now) unless someone objects before then.

As far as my opinion, it is that the Pangolin are being very presumptuous and making a power play toward Keiko to put her in a subordinate position. She should remember how she responded to their leader when he tried to do that.

@faflec The plan in the compensation section reads like we only want one pangolin contract, or maybe a jutsu. I'm not sure that this is commensurately valuable with seals that is singlehandedly responsible for the Pangolin Empire arising; perhaps we should make it sound like we want much more than just one low ranked contract or jutsu?
Aside from that I'd be willing to throw my weight behind RtSPlus, but it's kind of a sticking point.

In my opinion, we should be asking for at least one, and maybe two or three of the following:
- Every jutsu from defeated enemy clans.
- Free access to the Pangolin jutsu library for the Goketsu and Nara clans (though not redistribution to Leaf/Toads) + right to hack.
- Some non-negligible percentage of the wealth plundered from enemy clans.
- A whole bunch of permanent contracts with military pangolins of a decent level.
- Sufficient Pantsā-backed political power in pangolin society that we can completely protect Kei's position from further demmands and maybe even get them to ease off a little on the Pangolin's Reich Technique.

I don't have @faflec's photographic/obsessive memory, so I am just going by memory but IIRC the pangolin leader tried to intimidate Keiko the first time they met and Keiko used Frozen Skein in return (which upset him but made him back off regardless).

I just called him the Polemarch.
Two reasons for including the Nara:
- Keiko will soon be one.
- This gives Shikaku a huge stake in making our negotiations succeed (and throwing Shikaku at your problems is just the best).
