Good point, I don't think civilians have doctors since ninjas have that market on lockdown.
However, if we can figure out a way to make machines that make ice, with no seals...whatsoever...hmm.
Working on it.MechApt can't be raised above 15.
You can only buy higher levels through specialisations, none of which we have attributes for.
Potentially.Would it be allowed if we had Akane's parents be those civilians?
Four, I believe. The timeline should be up to date.
The chapter covered October 1-4. The timeline and XP awards have been updated.
Kagome would hate the idea. What if we held "haunted house" type tours of the catacombs? A civilian could do that if they owned some awesome totally-not-haunted catacombs.
Speaking of catacombs, are we gonna check to see if there's anything actually left to take?
They would probably interpret our actions as trying to screw them over and gain more power (to the Hokage, or ninjas, or our clan).Actually, what if we went straight to the Merchant Council and offered to analyze their laws and proposed licenses? We'd only be giving them suggestions and reports, Keiko would be able to cut her teeth on delicious trade data, and we might be able to profit heavily, since I don't think lawyers are a concept (yet).

shakes fist at bureaucracy!!!
...you know. We could always see about greasing the wheels a little. Either that or getting Kenta a position on the council.
Yeah, and others would have thought of that, too.
Thing is, I don't know whether "data analyst" is an actual profession in MfD. The Merchant's Council is also pretty clearly strained if approval of new licenses takes several months, so we wouldn't be depriving any bureaucrats of their jobs, unless we did such an exceptional job that even after accounting for reviewing our notes, the Merchant's Council didn't need some bureaucrats.Merchant Councilman: Have we given you a data analyst's licence?
Kei: No.
Merchant Councilman: Well then. We shall continue to use this nice civilian bureaucrat with none of your fancy bloodline magic that could put him out of work.
