It is, eaglejarl canonized Inferno Vulpix's calculations (~240 Academy graduates/year).How long does the Academy last?
This seems like a massive graduating class. Kinder dice indeed.

For six years now, you have demonstrated your skills, your loyalty, and your knowledge.
The academy has always been from ages 6-12, if you have a source that says otherwise, I'm all ears.I'm admittedly not sure that's canon-compliant; we have mentioned before that the academy is a bit short. With J back that seems like one of the things we'd target interventions toward.
Nope, just suss of the canonicity of the interlude. The academy has always been from ages 6-12, if you have a source that says otherwise, I'm all ears.
That's how long the academy lasts in MfD. Has nothing to do with this interlude in particular.

IIRC, Honoka was in her first year at age 8, and Harumitsu had graduated the Academy at 14.
We met Honoka in her third year at age 8, (meaning she started at age 6). Academy students don't learn anything to do with chakra until then. Kagome first took interest in her while teaching her how to operate a storage seal (which is a chakra manipulation).Leaf cannot afford to have its secrets leaked. The first two years are devoted entirely to mundane things -- reading, writing, arithmetic, history, throwing kunai, taijutsu, etc. In your third year you start learning to feel your chakra. At the start of your fifth year you start learning active chakra work (jutsu, wall-walking, etc). You graduate at the end of your sixth year.
If you flunk out before the start of your third year, you go back to your normal life. The instructors do their absolute best to flunk out anyone who they think is not going to make it to graduation, because no one flunks out after the start of third year. That doesn't mean everyone graduates; ninja training is rigorous and dangerous, training accidents are common, and people who cannot hack it end up dead. It's not uncommon for fifty percent of students to fail out in the first two years, and ten percent of those who remain to end up dead before graduation.
It is suuuuuper illegal to train anyone in chakra use outside of official Leaf-sanctioned channels.
It's correct as written. There's a comma followed immediately by a quote and then a space, instead of it being comma then space then quote.
I'm pretty sure that Honoka was indeed 6 in her first year. If she wasn't, that was an error I need to fix. As to Harumitsu, could you show me where his graduation was mentioned?IIRC, Honoka was in her first year at age 8, and Harumitsu had graduated the Academy at 14.
Probably because they think theirs is the best and they don't want it leaking to the other major villages, who would obviously steal it in a heartbeat (because it is the best). Why is chakra use so gatekept? Anything thought to Genin is certainly something that all of Leaf's competitors will easily find out one way or another.
That's covered in chapter 328, title of which serves as summary of the key issue. Marked for Death: A Rational Naruto QuestWhy is chakra use so gatekept? Anything thought to Genin is certainly something that all of Leaf's competitors will easily find out one way or another.
✨✨✨Effective 100CR!✨✨✨Finally, Noburi finds that the pool's extended effect if he soaks in it for a very long time is particularly effective at countering the inefficiencies of his abnormal chakra system. For him, the cost reduction he experiences is -33% (so his techniques have double their normal cost, instead of triple).
Jashin hates medics."Some creatures ahead," Noburi whispered. "Maybe some Water Element ability? The mist feels a bit too thin to drain through, so I'm popping another misterator."
He pulled the seal from his pouch and pointed it forward, and Hazō suppressed a minor wince. They'd been burning through seals rapidly as they explored the cave, and without the clan's junior sealmasters, even weak seals would need to be replaced by himself and Kagome. Every expended misterator meant five more minutes of scribing for him (though Kagome had it worse, still replenishing the team's skywalkers after their airborne journeys).
Except, the seal didn't activate.
Noburi frowned and handed the seal to Hazō. No visible water damage, but the paper didn't feel dry. Had the mist ruined the seal in the pause between Noburi pulling it out of his seal pouch and activating it?
Is this where Do Not Go To Bear comes from? Hanzō beat the Sannin a second time in Bear, let them live if they spread Do Not Go To Bear."Yeah, but that's not enough, is it?" Noburi asked. "They should have died. Imagine it. Your every trick, your every advantage, always just barely enough to stay alive while your companions die one-by-one around you. Then, it turns out you didn't have enough anyway, because the guy you're fighting is the baddest bastard since Hashirama and Madara. Except, he lets you live for some reason – something you'd never do to any enemy you respect – and he sends you off with a new title and a message to stay off his lawn.
"I wonder how the Sannin felt about their title? They got it from their greatest defeat, but people only know it because of their greatest achievements. Maybe that's why Hanzō did it. He knew they would do amazing things, and wanted every one of their accomplishments to have the footnote: '...but Hanzō is still stronger.' I guess they ended up owning the name anyway and probably outliving him."
Mari and Jiraiya share this former flame. Hard for lovers to compete with 25% CR reduction.Mari sighed, looking at the heated pool in the grotto. "So recently did we meet, and so soon are we torn apart from each other…" she muttered.
What happens if he reverse summons with lake water in his barrel?"That's the weird thing," Noburi said. "That doesn't seem to work. Haul a bathtub of water out of the lake? Sure enough, I can pick up the beginnings of the effect starting in Tenten's coils after a ten minutes submerged. Store a bathtub of water and unstore it in the same spot? I spend thirty minutes staring at the seal readouts, and nothing.
No wonder Jiraiya had a thing for women in hotsprings. It wasn't the women that drew his eye, it was the hotspringMari and Jiraiya share this former flame. Hard for lovers to compete with 25% CR reduction.
Oh wise Onsen Kami, you have shown me the light. No wonder Jiraiya had a thing for women in hotsprings. It wasn't the women that drew his eye, it was the hotspring![]()
Do ninja inside a TR100+ rune regenerate their entire chakra pool over the course of twenty four calendar hours or twenty four subjective hours?
ponwog99 Every kid that Leaf finds with a chakra system that might be ninja-capable ends up in the Academy. Whether they graduate or not is a different question. Why is chakra use so gatekept? Anything thought to Genin is certainly something that all of Leaf's competitors will easily find out one way or another.
Interesting. Was that a fun question to discuss?
Didn't need any discussion, really.
FTFYWhen Konan goes full paper on us, we activate Kagome's Bliss and EVERYONE dies (ideally).
AHHHHHHHHThen when we go fight Akatsuki, we keep our seals in a storage rune
I meant that we activate the rune, not cause a big explosion. The rune isn't an explosive. It would only target paper. (Apologies if I took a joke seriously)
Yeah, I realized after I posted that using a storage rune probably wouldn't work. (Although wasn't there some discussion about storage runes being able to hold chakra?) Using the 7th path is a better idea anyway.
