Magus Quest [HP|Type-Moon]

Snort, that'll take a hell of a lot of work if even possible at all, They're probably picking it to pieces to discover all the mysteries it contained.
*Snort*
It contains some knowledge from the guy who kicked Equivalent Exchanges ass.

It is probably conjuring up Big Golems from traces of Ultra-Rare Materials in the vicinity and Mystic Codes if the Flamels ever booby-trapped the thing.

Or maybe it just flooded the entire floor in an Alchemically Weaponized trough every lethal concept the family ever found to imbue an material with extra lethal Extra-Density Tsunami of Crushing Superheated Mercury.

... No wait, Crests cant fight back or be booby trapped can they? There goes my nice buzz...
... I Am however going to remember the Mercury thing, They made that Mystic Code with it so it must be a good material for something if they choose it to make that thing.

I'd like to believe that people can imbue Crests with traps, though that'd be reserved for those not of the family's blood tampering with it...or those not granted permission to do so.
Also, Mercury could be good for prana channeling, and its...inherent mystical qualities made it all the more desirable.
Also, there's something in my mind that yelled at me that specially treated mercury is more potent than the ones you see in a mundane laboratory.

Mercury is also a significant element in alchemy. So making mystic code out of them make sense.

Mercyry is sooo outdated. Magi prefer the term quicksilver :V

Nuff said. :p

Article:
Volumen Hydrargyrum: Marrow of the Moon Spirit (月霊髄液ヴォールメン・ハイドラグラム, Getsurei Zuieki?) is a unique Mystic Code created from mercury filled with magecraft. Kayneth excels in the art of manipulating flow, and the ability is shared between his rare dual elemental attributes. The shapeless mercury can be sculpted into any shape and controlled at will. It is his strongest trump card out of all the Mystic Codes he brought from England, and it always remains at his side as that in which he takes the most pride. Despite the loss of his wares in the destruction of the Hyatt Hotel, having Volumen Hydrargyrum makes him feel no overall loss in his battle strength. Uniting both attack and defense, it is a "perfect weapon" that acts as both his sword and shield.
