@Silently Watches, I have some questions regarding the amount of projects microfoundries and 3d printers allow us to make per week.
We know that a single microfoundry and 3d printer combo at a scrap tier allow us one to two projects per week, and I believe you said that upgrading them would give us another project per week. However, could we upgrade then again beyond basic non-scrap tier to allow another project per week?
In addition, if we get more microfoundries and 3d printers, will they also allow us more projects per week? Or would they just do something like make the projects we choose to do more efficient?

I suppose you could upgrade the tools again, but it isn't something I'd let you do immediately. It would come further down the line.
In the interest of not making things more difficult for me, no, more tools would not get you more projects. Tim is the rate-limiting step here.

1. PS was made by Galeans to fight Belkans.
2. PS was on the board of TSAB ship.
How big is this war? Is it still ongoing?
What is TSAB? Are they some kind of Galean PRT? Or Belkan?
How they react when they found out that we accidentally named yourself after Galean war hero/Belkan enemy?
PS probably can't answer this questions, but it can give us at least some context.
And PS should have an answer on this question: he is capable to translate TSAB language. What language this is? Galean? Belkan? Someone

I'll start by saying that I've never watched Nanoha, everything I know about it I know from crossover fics with other series, so what I know might not be accurate.
I'm pretty sure both Belka and Galea are dead civilizations, that war long over. IIRC Midchilda is the name of the currently active universal power, and the one TSAB works for.

So I took a look at the new things on Tim's list, and it looks like we've found out how to get more Devices. It also looks like we'll have to put some effort into that area in order to get anything more than basic Storage Devices. Of course, the Off-Site Power option looks pretty neat. Can't wait to see what's behind that.

Presumably, if we have Tim make another one, it won't have the prototype condition. Remember the old microfoundry and 3d printer? I think he just needs to build one prototype, and he'll be good for whatever project he made the prototype for.
Well, that's what the PRT is for. Who knows, we may be able to wrangle that into a source of funding for the Privateers. A power plant sounds pretty useful to a city.
