  -[X] Defensive Pact: In case that a nation declares war upon you or your allies you are and them are honor bound to protect them from the aggressors. Failure to answer the call without the proper excuse will break the pact between you and them.
  -[X] Non Aggression Pact: You and the other nation make a pact of nonaggression between both of you, this means that both of you will not make any military action against each other. If a military action is taken the pact is broken.
