So I see this rebooted? Interesting, while I liked the beginning of the first one I can't see myself playing this again. The Qm is probably one of if not the worst QM I've ever seen on this site, rude, sadistic, and very much the type of qm who rolls their own super speshul OC who always magically rolls well and beats the pc's at everything every time (Amora). They also refuse to acknowledge criticism or change anything based upon that criticism so I doubt this version of the quest will be better. Boy am I glad I got out of the first one when I did.
Uh, you okay mate? Something happened there or what?

--[] The dastardly fiend Megathor has challenged you to a deathmatch, DC ???

Roll: 8+5=13
Monumental Fail!

Loki strolls up to the agreed meeting place, a sort of make-shift training arena that Thor seems to have constructed himself, but sees no sign of his brother. He looks around, confused as to where Thor might be. Was this a joke or a prank? Did Thor not want to waste time with his 'baby' of a brother? Loki frowns and tears enter his eyes at the thought. But soon they're forcefully ejected.

"MEGATHOR IS REAAADDDYYY!" Loki hears a raspy, child-like impersonation of a rough voice say, before a blur comes at him and plants two feet directly into his face, sending him to the floor harshly. "OH Yeah!"

Loki's vision is blurred as he slowly gets to his feet. What was that? It felt like...like the most painful thing ever! Loki had to swallow his tears and the tremble that came to his throat as he looks up and sees...Megathor. Megathor is Thor but...shirtless and with extremely sloppy facepaint on. He also is standing tall, non-existant muscles flexing as he looks down upon his pitiful little brother.

"Ohhh noo! Don't let those tears from fall your eyes, or I will have to declare you...not a guy. Megathor, The scalper of ladies, the...Mega Valkyrie, will crush you, until even your mother won't touch you!" Megathor then picks Loki up by the collar and raises him to his feet. "I got you for three minutes, three minutes of playtiiiiime!" And then it is torture. Well that's an exaggeration. It's mostly Thor roughhousing Loki, doing various grapples and slams, driving the breath from his brother's body. As promised, he doesn't let up for three minutes, and Loki can't help the tears that fall from his eyes. He tried to fight back with a pitiful swing and some grappling of his own, but Th--Megathor is much too strong.

"I kenw you were a baby, crying tears of pain. Well allow me to add some lightning to that rain." And he...walks away? Loki breathes a sigh of relief. He didn't know...Megathor was so strong! Or merciless! He would've never come! He...oh no.

It turns out Megathor didn't leave. He just...climbed on top of some furniture and looked down at his little brother.

"Megathor is Reaaaaadyyyy!" He then poses and leaps off of the furniture, down onto Loki, placing an elbow on his heart. Both brothers lay there for a while, Loki gasping for breath, holding his chest in pain. And Thor, Megathor laying there, tired from his continuous assault. Finally, he rolls over and sits up. "That...was the Lightning Bowlt. Don't forget it, next time you wanna be a baby. Or I'll be forced to declare you a lady. And scalp you." He then gets up and walks away as Loki tries to hold in his tears.

Loki made sure not to accept any of Megathor's challenges the rest of the year. He hated to admit it, but he was a bit scared to step in the ring with him.

Diplomacy:

Roll: 5+6=11
Fission Mailed!

Loki's performance with Megathor did not help him when it came time to interact with his alter ego, Thor. Thor kept rolling his eyes and complaining to Mother and Father that Loki was too much of a baby to hang around. Mother still forced him, but he didn't like it at all. Not one bit. As a result, he managed to ditch Loki whenever possible, even after being scolded by Mother for doing it. It was clear to Loki and everyone else: Thor did not want his little brother around him.

Thor now also sees Loki as an annoying little brother who's forced on him.

Stewardship:

-[] Ask mother for an allowance you could manage. DC 25
Roll: 91+5=96
An amazing success!

Maybe it's due to her feeling sorry for him, because of the Thor fiasco, or maybe it's just her love for her son, but surprisingly, Mother is very open to allowing Loki to manage an allowance. She only gives him a small amount (though as a prince, that was still enough to start a small business), but still Loki flourishes. Loki seems to be a natural with money, and easily manages what most adults don't throughout their lives, to become financially literate. Mother watches with pride as Loki shows himself to be a sort of a wizard with money, increasing his allowance more and more, and by the end of the year, Loki is essentially a business until himself. Already.

+1 Stewardship

Loki takes not of who's in his class and who they allow him to train with. Being the type of person he is, after learning how to organize information due to managing money, Loki makes a list of sorts, to chart out who's there.

Amora: Smart and driven. Blonde hair. Likes Green. A girl.
Sif: Clever and strong. Black hair. Like...to fight. And train. A girl.
Elym: Smart. Good with math/numbers. Likes...math. Brown hair. A girl.
Astrid: ??? Red Hair. A girl.
Sigyn: ??? Blonde Hair. A girl
Fandral: Witty. Blond-red hair. Likes...girls. A lot. A boy.
Volstagg: Strong, kind of dumb. Red hair. Likes to eat. A boy.
Branson: Loud, bolsterous. Weak. Black hair. A boy.
Osmond: ??? Brown hair. A boy
Eirik: ??? Blonde hair. A boy.

-[] Visit the Library, you've heard so much about all of the different books! So much opportunity, so little time... DC 20
Roll: 61+7=68
A great success!

The library visit is very, very fruitful. Loki naturally takes to books and loves to read. Hours upon hours are spent just...reading. Reading is...awesome. It lets Loki escape from the horrors of Megathor, and from the rejections of his brother Thor, and anything else that he does, and just...relax and live inside the words of the text and absorb it into his mind and into his essence. Reading is love. Reading is life.

Loki learns a lot at the library. What does he learn about? (This will carry on to next turn and be included there).

Despite his whining and namecalling, it appears that Thor does truly love his brother, at least somewhat. When at home, the two do manage to hang around as Thor shows him things (like moves that are no doubt for Megathor, or how to hold a blade) and tries to impress him with certain actions and stories. Loki listens with rapt attention, as he does look up to his big brother, and Thor appreciates the attention.

So while Loki is a baby that needs protecting, and too little to go with Thor anywhere, he's still his little brother. And that means something.

Legit though, I figured how the government of lokigard will work, it won't be a monarchy or a republic or any of that crap. Lokigard will be a megacorp and we'll the the chief shareholder.

Legit though, I really wanna follow through on the money/business route because this is cute and we started early.

Both are skills. One's just library, the other's general studies type of things. But the second one has a slightly lower threshold for increasing the learning stat.

Honestly I kinda just wanna go all in on frigga and business and it doesnt help that that's probably the best way to get the things we really want. Plus I think this is the best way to train to face our nemesis megathor, clearly mother can help us get strong enough to surpass him.

Honestly, I can't think of one thing that isn't better off for this.

Reasoning:
-Numbers are as close as we get to the handwriting of God. To me, Math is a foundational skill. We're 6 years old. Walk before we run. Build a foundation of understanding for the future. Also, Math works well with Stewardship. I believe Math would help us with Magic, Science, and Technology. Might even give us a bit of insight for History.
-We got our ass handed to us in hand-to-hand. Also, all of this still applies.
-I want us to branch out from just Thor for our friendships. Gaining a broader series of perspectives for both social interaction and martial training is key. Also I really want to make friends with Branson and Sif. Actually it'd be awesome to end up with a dynamic of Loki, Branson, and "Loki's Angels" aka 3 lady-friends who fight with us (to mirror Thor, Sif, and the Warriors 3).
-Seeing how non-royals use money is good insight to broaden our horizons.
-So I'm cool using the Library. Me personally, I want to invest 2-3 actions into each subject we learn, rather than trying to blaze through 50 different types of knowledge. The more comprehensive our knowledge the stronger our foundation for later learning. I don't want to keep jumping from subject to subject. Take a breath, take our time, we're not even a teenager yet. We have centuries of growth ahead of us. Take our time.
-I really want to build our relationship with our Father now. This is a bit meta, but we (the players) know he has more plans than just "second fiddle to Thor". Right now we're a cute child trying to get to know our Father. It's easier now than when we're a moody teenager.

-[] Stewardship: Observe monetary transactons from the commonfolk (can only be taken with the Intrigue action: Sneak off into Asgard) DC 30
You need to take this with a different intrigue action.

Otherwise, I like your idea of studying math as a foundational skill.

Plus it could combo well with our stewardship.

So I've adjusted my plan a bit.

I agree with pretty much every assessment here except for the one on Odin as he got problems that I'm not too interested in dealing with when there are other parental figures around. Namely Frigga who doesn't despise our existence and who doesn't need our right to be her child constantly affirmed.

Aside from that there's just a whole lots of difference in procedure I feel. Like, I want our intrigue to be on socializing which leaves my stewardship choice not yours by default at which point I make the frigga pick. I also have my martial choice which is frankly to have frigga teach us, hopefully h2h, generally as she's a better teacher than everyone else. I also want to seek frigga to further our education as I think she'd do it better studying on our own.

edit: Also I don't even want to start with the second fiddle to thor bit. Let thor do his things and let's be brothers but we have our own parent who loves us, we can get our own friends, we can get our own admirers, and we can fuck off and do our own thing. Let thor things be for thor, let us not compete.

Just a heads up, your plan doesn't include the library subject vote.
I got the impression that was seperate from the plan vote, I'm going for math for the above mentioned reasons that it's a foundational skill.
