Egil and Loki working together made Chaos Serum and others with 1521 roll.
Which is the same number we get for making an average Artifact by Loki.
Maybe they rolled mediocre but continued to push the 100 cap. Loki's pretty good at mediocrity. Plus, back then when we rolled that high, it was possible to make another magic serum, so perhaps Egil himself lowers the D.C?

I like the plan, but it feels kinda weird to sell the chitauri now that they're smarter.

We've no undone the sacrifice so this action would be a waste until Loki get's his real body back since y'know body degeneration.
Actually, we chose not to make chitauri smart for some reason and all I want is to have 2 armies. Also noted and changing the exercise action, thanks for the heads up.

Thing is that there is more than just what happened to Loki's parents that people have issues with trusting you with. You literally tried to hijack our Chitauri army using the ones we gave you which alone is enough to not trust you after a stunt like that. That and you outright admitted that you lied about giving us a stone for the condition to give the Chitauri army and then planned to snap away the well and then all the stones. Snapping away all the stones would at least be understandable but destroying the well before at least giving us our body back was just a dick move since that would have seriously be a big problem for us since we would never be able to get a permanent body and you would have destroyed the only ways to do so.
But besides all that it makes no freaking sense to just give out powerful artifacts to people we just met. Seriously, we don't know the guy and only met him once. And if he did something with it we would be in serious hot water since it would be seen as another stupid move on Loki's part to give a powerful artifact to someone he didn't know well. That and rather we not have random people start asking Loki to give them artifacts whenever if it gets out that we just gave one casually away. If we knew Ryt more it would make sense but as is it wouldn't really make sense.
Also going to point out that we can't really train ice since it would just be limited to our body.
Going to note that we can only use the forge 3 times before risking it breaking. Also think you should remove the teach Torunn science option with the learning action until we get permission from Sif. Last time we rolled low but this time we may be able to convince her during Torunn's request which would be where we try to convince Sif and hopefully get her to say yes.
Also should note that it would probably be better to have Sigyn help out with the Serums and use the Prometheus flames to boost her learning. Asked the QM and they said yes that it was possible so would not make sense to do so. Also asking Egil to help with another one. Should note that things like increasing magic won't really help us much and that it would probably be better to focus on getting our body back as soon as possible.
Another thing I've been considering is sacrificing both eyes but to do so we should look into other forms of 'sight' that don't require eyes which would probably require research to give ourselves the new sight and get more gains from the ritual.
Also suggest putting in a learning action to build a cloning facility for Asgard since we promised we would.

Last I remembered 5 was the limit, are you sure about 3? What alternative do you suggest? And last time we failed on the request for science lessons, hence me putting it in learning, so we don't fail. And you want to make an extra action about convincing Sif? Like unless the action fails, I don't see Sif having any problem. So it would just us wasting an action.
So... you want to use Prometheus on Sigyn, this turn? And also, I was trying to increase skills not magic.
.... You want to sacrifice eyes for points in the Well which will make us use those points in prophecy or another method of visual, making the whole thing innane.
Remind me again, who we promised to make the cloning facility to? Amora? If not, let's not make assumptions and start doing something like this.

IIRC the limit to safely forge was 3 and anymore risked the forge breaking. For the request it's important to note that Sif said that she wasn't happy with it last turn which is why I would prefer that we get permission from her before teaching Torunn since Sif has warned us that she wouldn't let us see Torunn anymore if we went behind her back and rather we not risk it.
On Prometheus we can use it in the same action as a write in according to the QM.
Note, I said research other ways and by that I mean science to give ourselves new senses to compensate for the loss. We have seen some aliens that can see without eyes like the outriders. Hence looking into the possibility to give us a potential upgrade to our body.
We outright told Egil after he asked us to make one along with the super serum after our screw up with Pluto. Seriously, it's one freaking action and it's probably a good idea to start it as soon as possible considering that we were forced to adbicate our kingship of Jotunheim. Granted that it was largely due to Mad God Thor forcing us to head back to Asgard and if he hadn't done so the Jotun would have been fine with us ruling with a council which everyone probably would agree was actually a good call since while Loki does make some serious screw ups he is actually really good at what he does and has made some really positive changes during his rule. It's just that he would honestly work better if people could overrule the really bad decisions he makes which is honestly aren't that bad long term in most cases.
Sif's already been pissed off, she clearly dislikes what Loki's done so far, hence the action to ease it.
Also don't burn eyesight fur prophecy, that's I credibly dumb when you can give it to your army

Bro... where? Sif doesn't like Torunn spending time on anything that isn't fighting or training. And this will be a problem if we fail, which we are not going to. Unless you want to put it on request and are hoping for a failure.
@KnowledgeKing If we sacrifice our sight, are there ways that Loki could devise through technology to overcome our Sight issue?

No. Unless they say otherwise, we are not to make live clones through technology which is already shunned in Asgard. Especially by Amora who doesn't like Tech on Asgard. Actually by word of QM Amora actually liked the idea of increasing Asgard's population but didn't want her name on it. Even if she doesn't like tech much she does appear to make some exceptions as shown with Baldur.
No, Balder is just her son. Special privileges.
Also still need that time artifact as I'm trying to do good, and tend to actually do good well when not getting screwed over .-.

Bro... Balder is only allowed to use tech in conjecture to his magic. What cloning is... is nowhere near Magic. Forget Amora, who hasn't even asked for us to do this, the people of Asgard would absolutely be repulsed by this. On the body thing not sure to trust you on that since you only said that you would have given it back after it was brought up that you didn't mention any such thing when you mentioned that you outright lied to us about giving us a stone. On the Chitauri thing pretty sure that people only seriously considered killing you after you started acting like you have betrayed us and that was after only a very small handful of a people threw out accusations with some not actually sounding that serious. That and trying to take our Chitauri really did not help your case there.
Just because Ryt is a fan doesn't mean we should just give out powerful artifacts to any fan that asks since that would obviously be a bad idea. And sure he helped save Sigyn and we do owe him but an artifact like that seems way too much and again if Ryt does something that causes serious problems with it Loki is going to get a lot of shit.
If you want some of the good stuff suggest you actually try befriending Loki so we can get to know Ryt better first.
Shunned doesn't necessarily mean banned since Amora didn't ban us from using our tech on Asgard and we are a prince. Not to mention that due to our body issue we do need to use tech for our cloning facility which is a legit reason for us to use tech.
Also please don't treat assumptions like facts. That just comes across as fear mongering and is something I have repeatedly brought up as a complaint since assumptions can be wrong. Can't find the quote but think it was either the QM or Kufufu that mentioned that she actually liked the idea so might just want to ask them.

An assumption would be Asgard thinking that Loki is trying to overtake the Asgardians Throne by creating his own Super Asgardians Army.
Fair, counter point my thing is time sensitive, and Ryt really did risk his life as that robot had over double my martial alone, not factoring in it's other strengths.
The people saying kill Tyr were also very serious sounding, a lot more then I was with my vague jokes, and I said I would because I was reminded of it. I had forgotten about Loki's body till then and planned to help you guys out.
