I think my own stuff is plenty dark considering I had to edit/retcon Wyrm to make it less grimdark but fine I can add a few more tomorrow

1. The nation of Kitsune nations are currently at war with each other
2. This happens for four reasons. A incredible hot kitsune prince being so gay as to refuse all his female suiters in the worst way possible. A prank going way out of hands. A nation being distroyed by an insane necromancer when Ito was trying to stop the war and a famine that came from nowhere.
3.Their are now more Kitsune merchant caravans then ever trying to escape their home land instability. These have some support of Ito do to worry of the war killing her mortal children.

The vibe I'm getting from the current setting is that all the gods are good in some way.

Continent spanning Good religious institutions make it hard for a hero of humble beginnings to get a legit sounding reason without me having to go 'This religion is bad and deeply corrupt' or 'this god is actually weak enough to be driven back by this Evil power'.

1. Ito religion is decentralized this was done by her to make sure her religion didn't interfere in government of her mortal Children and that no delusions zealots have less power to do something stupid
2. Ito is fine with her mortal Children worshipping other gods, goddess, and everything in between. However if said beings decide to something horrible to her Children. Well… why do you think the north has so few gods?
3. The Afterlife if Ito for those that worship her or Kitsune who don't have a religion. Is a paradise were they can relax or redeem themselves if their horrible in life before at their choice she reincarnated them with no memory of their previous life.
