Even though we don't like the markets of Troy, Troy is our home! The home thay provided us the land to feed ourselves, provided the materials to shelter us, and where we could play with a very good boy! Going to the court of the king is a good idea, let's us know what's totally expected of us and gets an opertunity to meet the powerbrokers of the kingdom and our boss. After the meeting wecan go meet Zagreus, that I'm sure of.

Hestia and Hades are the most reliable of the greek gods that won't fuck you over for amusement, and with Hades being the oldest, and the one who gets our lads soul when all's said and done? better to be on the hospitality side of things. That and Hestia is the best of the entire dang pantheon.

Also something funny I just realized…

If we slay enough monsters, we could be the reasons monsters don't exist anymore in the Greek ages

2. Create proto Rome
3. Slay so many monsters that future greeks think they're myths
4. Kick a douchebag gods ass (in whatever way we can)
5.Become bros with Zagreus
6. Become bros with Hector or Paris
7. Husbando or Waifu, the people will choose

Well, one official monster slayer per city.

It's more of the specialist who is called in to deal with a problem the peasants cannot deal with on their own.

It's also a job that has a very low life expectancy. the longest-reigning monster slayer in the local world, is technically Achilles...

But Achilles is a special case.
