You were dreaming.

A vast white expanse spread before you with only three benches and three stop signs present. You've never had a dream like this before so you found it very weird. You should probably ask Umika about it once you woke up but for now...

Stepping forward, you examined the benches and stop signs with a curious gaze. One bench was painted red, another bench was painted purple and the final bench was painted white. They all seemed to be facing away from each other while leaving a single box right in the middle where they turned their backs on.

It's a fare machine in which you paid and got your ticket. You checked your pocket and found a few wads of cash in it. Now that was cool because the last thing you remembered before falling asleep was that you're dead broke from eating through those Lots o' parfait at Tachibana's place.

Now what do you do?

RULES

-Everyone gets one vote.

-The vote with the most support, wins.

-Don't be stupid. Don't be an idiot. I will actively try to kill you all if you ignore this.

-Dice will only be used for Luck checks and Boss difficulty.

-This is Post-Kazumi Magica so don't worry about going through... 'that'. At least you know what will cause Kazumi's Grief Spirals if you're not careful.

-Die twice in-plot then you're gone. Die four times in combat then you're gone. We'll have to restart the entire quest on another Bus if that happens.

-Don't be an ass, please. This is supposed to be fun!

-I reserve the right to stop the silliness.

-I have the right to veto OOC votes.

Um...we have 5000 yen. The seats cost 2500 at max. Is the rest going to have a purpose? Do we unlock more features at higher difficulties? Is PMMM supposed to be the hardest or easiest mode?
 
PMMM is me actively trying to kill you. The other seats give me varying levels of restraints until we finish the tutorial level. Yes, you unlock more features the higher the difficulty. More powers but more problems. It shouldn't be hard for SV.

If you go PMMM mode then I'll leave a lot of trinkets for you to pick up around the Tutorial level to make the other levels bearable and that you'll survive.

Red bus give me more freedom on what to throw at you. White restricts me but gives me the best weapons. Purple... Let's not go near that XD haha.

You... You were Kazumi Subaru and you were a Magical Girl. At the very least that's who you remember you were. Of course that's you, who did you think it was? It's been over a year and a half since you woke up with no memory of who you were. You've experienced a lot of things to get to where you were now... Happy things, sad things, hurtful things and cheerful things...

You had amnesia the first time around you woke up, finding yourself locked in a suitcase in the middle of a man's apartment. Now that was odd but you were lucky to have been easily found by your friends during that time. Your friends... Kaoru Maki and Umika Misaki lived in this huge mansion owned by your parents. Well at least Kaoru's and Misaki's parents. The three of you lived happily together.

You were an odd girl and you were aware of that. After all, you weren't born through normal human means but were created through an experiment conducted by your old friends, the Pleiades Saints, in order to bring back their own friend through you.

Kasuza Michiru... That was the name of the girl who's face you wore. But you weren't her, you were Kazumi and you promised to live as yourself ever since the Saints disappeared.

You were partly responsible for that.

You used your wish to turn yourself into a true human being at the cost of living a life of a Magical Girl. You weren't sure how to feel about that but you at least saved a city from an Uber Witch which would've leveled the entire place. You were powerful, that much you could tell and beating Witches has become a chore if it weren't for... a few unsavory facts about them.

Anyway, you were in a dream and you were aware you were in a dream. Usually, you'd use this chance to conjure up food from thin air but you felt inclined to play along with whatever this dream had to show to you. You just hoped you'd remember once you woke up.

You walked o the fare box and took out your wallet, fishing out a couple of yen bank notes and placing it within the machine. You pressed the option for the VIP seats because why the heck not? You were in a dream you had the right to indulge on things you couldn't afford in real life!

Umika would sooner have your hide for overspending at Tachibana's.

A moment later and there was a ding, you then took your bus ticket and examined its surface. It was red with the destination blurred on the surface. You couldn't read it but you were sure you wouldn't be able to anyway since it looked like it was written in another language. You glanced at the red bus stop and went there, settling yourself on the bench and making yourself comfortable.

It sure was boring just staring up ahead into the white void while you swung your foot. You checked your pockets and found nothing noteworthy in them other than your wallet. You were about to hum a tune when the sound of engines reached your ears.

As if being made out of nothingness, three buses rolled by into their respective stops, a particularly large red one coming to a halt right in front of you and letting out a cloud of steam. You stared in bewilderment as the doors opened to let you in. It didn't seem like you were going to be alone for this trip since there seemed to be people in it too.

You glanced behind you and noticed there were people within the other buses too. Possibly two for each with a black haired girl with red ribbons sitting near the window and a girl with ash gray hair and a funny hat at the purple bus. The white bus had a beautiful girl with long pink hair and golden eyes sitting near the window while an odd doll thing sat near the window.

Shaking your head, you ascended your own bus and glanced down the aisle.

The bus was mostly empty save for two girls.

A Magical Girl in red looking out the window and eating her snacks to your right and a Magical Girl in gray dozing off to your far left.

Oh boy, Road Trip!​
