You still don't know many details about where this fabled Alliance base is, and you could use that information to make an informed decision on which pack of angry meatheads gets to shoot you in the face while you try and steal powerful artefacts from them and wow that got dark fast.

  [X] Talk to Achille- Your service to the Rossi may mainly be of the lip variety, but it's still a service you should be providing. See if there are any jobs that need doing- at worst, you earn some extra cash you can go blow on whatever, at best, that, but multiplied by a lot, and maybesome goodwill with very useful people. (Unlocks Rossi sidequests, aka, your freakin' job.)
