Alright, hello folks, I'm DL98, and I've decided to start a Quest! Not going to lie, this is my first Quest, so constructive criticism is appreciated.

'Okay, okay, calm down mate, just had some bad chili last night.' Were the words a young man was telling himself, as he looked out into barren wasteland before him, the soil being lightly redder than what it should be.

"And…now I'm tripping balls." He muttered as he saw three, humanoid figures race forward at an insane speed, a trail of dust billowing out behind them. Squinting his eyes, he recognized the figures as… Grazes from Iron-Blooded Orphans.

"Oy, what the fuck!" he grumbled, kicking at the rock formation he had been leaning against for the past 10 minutes or so, only to grab his foot as the pain registered.

'Okay, so I might not be tripping balls, which is even worse for me.' He fucking knew what happened in IBO, and that shit WAS. NOT. GOOD. And, since the ground had a reddish tint, and the sky was clear with not even a tiny cloud, he could assume that he was on Mars of all places.

So there is a fucking Terminator Birdy buried somewhere. FUCK! This time he punched the rock formation to vent his frustration, biting his lower lip to stifle a scream of pain.

"Okay man, think, think. How to get off this god-forsaken rock, and survive." He grabbed his hair in frustration as he slumped against the ground.

He had absolutely no ID, no resources, and hell, he wasn't even particularly sure when he was, the only clue of that being the three Grazes he saw blitz past him, so definitely not in the Calamity war era, which was a small, saving grace, but that also meant that he wasn't past the events of IBO.

"FUCK!" he grabbed a piece of rock in frustration and slammed it against the rock formation he was sitting against, a small crack forming in the formation. The best option for him right now would be to just get off this rock, preferably to earth, and then, just find some small-time job, as he WAS not going to get himself involved with Tekkadan, Teiwaz or Gjallarhorn if he could help it.

Sure, he could possibly help them with his foreknowledge of the shit that would happen, but the problem there lied in proving that he wasn't just full of shit. Not to mention that, in the long run, Tekkadan's destruction at the hands of Rustal, as much as he hated to admit it, was good for the world at large.

'So, maybe…it's better that I let…Tekkadan die…' he thought somberly as he looked towards the sky, images of the final moments of Biscuit, Aston, Naze, Shino, Akihiro and Mikazuki flashing in his mind.

"…Man, I feel like shit…" he wheezed out, the back of his head ever so slightly tapping against the rock formation. But, that light tap was the last straw that broke the proverbial camel's back, as the cracks from earlier started spreading out in a spiderweb, like fashion, and before _ knew what was happening, the ground beneath him caved in, sucking him in.

"GAH! Holy fucking shi- Oh, this changes things" _'s grumbling was cut short as he looked at the cave he had landed in, and more specifically, what it held within.

Maybe he could actually help Teiwaz.

Chapter 2: Hans Ackermann, GM Sniper II, moving out!
Choices from the previous chapter:

[X] RGM-79SP GM Sniper II
[X] Hans Ackermann

'Kinda surprising to find something like this here on Mars.' Hans thought as he rose up from the pile of rubble he had landed, wiping off any dust from his clothes. Although the cavern facility he had fallen into had clearly been out of use for a long time, evident by the dust that had been sent flying by the falling rubble, the light from above shone down, allowing Hans to see the Mobile Suit that was facing him, the darkly colored torso of the massive mech on the same level as the metal platform he was standing on.

The mobile suit towered above him, and to Hans' slight disappointment, it wasn't a Gundam, or a Mobile Suit he could recognize, although the torso, which was the only thing he could see clearly did remind him of some footage he had seen of older Gundam shows.

Shaking his head Hans turned around, looking at the wall in an effort to find a light switch so that he could get a better grasp of where he was. After a bit of fumbling around in the dark, which included him steeping on more than a fair number of cobwebs, his fingers brushed against something that felt like a light switch.

"And the lord said… enough of this dramatic build-up." Pressing the switch, he could hear something similar to an old engine whirring as the lights started flickering, and after a hot 30 seconds, the cavern was flooded with dull light, one or two of the lights flickering on and off every now and then.

"Huh, okay then." In all honesty, it reminded Hans of the Strike Daggers he had seen, but like an older model. Just from the paintjob, and the visor, he could tell that this mobile suit was good for stealthy mission where you had to snipe at someone, not that the rifle it held didn't make it obvious. Although he was quite glad that it did have a shield mounted to it, so that it wouldn't be completely useless in close-quarter combat.

Looking around, Hans spotted a row of lockers. "Well, might as well score myself some loot." He muttered running his hand through his [] hair as he walked to the lockers, which were thankfully open, or in some cases, had rusted hinges which made the doors fall off when he yanked them hard enough.

[]Blonde hair that was combed to the right
[]messy mop of Brown hair
[]Black hair swept to the left with the sides shaven clean.

After looting the lockers, Hans was left with a medium-sized data pad, about 40 cm in width and 30 in height, and a brown duffel bag that contained a [] piloting suit, which thankfully, seemed to be his size, if not a bit bigger.

[]Red with black accents
[]Dark Grey with light grey accents
[]Blue with white accents

"Well, at least I have a helmet that fits." Hans remarked, looking at the piloting helmet that was with the suit. Better to have at least some protection when piloting a multi-ton war machine, rather than get thrown around like a rag-doll in nothing more than cargo pants and hoodie over a t-shirt. Stuffing the helmet into the duffel bag with the suit, he turned his attention to the data pad, and pressed the obvious on/off button, which had the same symbol that the computers back home had.

…Only for the pad to not even start. "Hmm, must be out of battery." With that obvious statement, Hans shoved the pad into the bag, now walking towards the stationary Mobile Suit, noticing a stationary control pad next to it.

Mobile Suit: RGM-79SP GM Sniper II
Operational Status: Fit for sortie
Open Hatch?
[Y] [N]

"Well that's helpful." Hans muttered, pressing the Yes button, causing the black hatch covering the cockpit to swing open with a hiss, revealing the cockpit within. It looked a little tight, and more low-tech than what he had seen of the Mobile Suits from 00 and IBO, and more like the SEED series' Mobile Suits.

"Alright, now we're talking, but first…" Hans said, taking off his cargo pants, hoodie and boots, and put on the piloting suit and helmet, which was thankfully clean. It certainly wouldn't hurt to have some protection on his first sortie, rather than risk bumping his head against the cockpit and fall unconscious during a fight.

Sitting down on the cockpit seat, he looked at all the different buttons that were available, trying to spot the ON button of the Mobile Suit. He looked at a green button, and hesitantly, he pressed it, immediately whipping his arms back in preparation for some kind of self-destruct mechanism to activate, only for it to never come.

Instead, as he opened his eyes, he was greeted with three screens surrounding him, and a dashboard full of different instruments before him.

Booting up RGM-79SP Operating system…
Operating System starting…
Checking time records…
Scanning New Pilot…
Activating B.R.O.T.P…

Before Hans could wonder what the acronym before him was or meant,

[]He felt a slight jolt in his head for a moment, like static electricity from woolly socks.
[]He felt something pressing into his neck for a moment.

B.R.O.T.P. Completed. Relinquishing control…

After that confusing moment, he blinked rapidly, before the screen before him switched, now showing what was outside the Mobile Suit. "Ugh, that was unpleasant." he muttered, not even noticing how his hands moved on their own to a few buttons and started pressing them, causing the Mobile Suit to move upwards and backwards, like it was being moved in an elevator.

"Well okay then, I guess now I know how to move a Mobile Suit." he noted, rather confused as to how that was possible, as he hadn't even played one of those Japan-only Gundam simulators he had seen online.

"...Fuck it, I'm not going to even question it." he shrugged his shoulders, deciding not to tread towards what he could only assume wouldn't make sense to him, if only to spare his sanity. As the lift came to halt, Hans was confused that it was nighttime. Had he really been in that cave long enough for the sun to have set, or at least for this side of the planet to have turned away from the sun?

"Alright, Hans, think, think. Where could they have gone to?" he bit his lower lip as tried thinking of when he was. While the Grazes he saw could've been simply on a regular patrol mission, it would still be better for him to get a better grasp of where he was, and possibly if Tekkadan, or CGS, depending on exactly when he was, were anywhere nearby. Plus, he had a gut feeling that those Grazes weren't exactly patrolling, considering how they were bee-lining it towards…whatever was in that general direction.

"Argh, fuck it. I might as well go in the general direction." he grumbled, pressing down on the left pedal, his GM's thrusters pushing him across the rocky wasteland. Absentmindedly, he pondered what he would do when, or if he ran into those Grazes. It would probably be for the best if he stopped a distance away from them, and then use his sniper rifle to get a better view of the situation, and if need be, intervene.

If they were fighting the group that would become Tekkadan, and if he saw the Barbatos, then he'd shoot at the Grazes, preferably Ein's. If the Barbatos wasn't anywhere to be seen, then he'd lie in wait, until the Barbatos popped up, or if it started to look like that the Grazes would win.

And if it turned out to be some other group? Then fuck it, he'd back off, no need to reveal himself before he decided to take action. After all, a sniper that you didn't know was there would be the most effective.

ALERT: 4 Ahab Wave reactors Detected!

Noticing the warning, Hans stopped his GM onto a hill, and popped down the visor, showing him...

[]A Graze being attacked by a white demonic Mobile Suit, while two other Grazes stood back.
  • []He leveled his sniper rifle at the Grazethat stood left from the Graze that was being attacked.
  • []He leveled his sniper rifle at the Graze on the right from the Graze that was being attacked
[]A Graze attacking Mobile Workers while two other Grazes stood back.

Alright, that's it for this chapter.

Also, just so that you know, the B.R.O.T.P. didn't make Hans into an Ace pilot, or hell, even a moderately good one, just on the same level as a rookie who has gone through basic training of Mobile Suit piloting.

BTW, the acronym B.R.O.T.P. stands for:

Basic
RGM-79SP
Operating
Training
Program

Emphasis on >BASIC<, he's not even capable of beating Crank in a fight, inside or outside of a Mobile Suit, which is why I was glad that the long-range GM Sniper II won the poll.

Also, FYI, the color choices, especially the hair one might lead to some...interesting character interactions down the line, among other things.

Chapter 3: The first act of the bloody play we call war.
Choices from the previous chapter:
[X]messy mop of Brown hair
[X]Dark Grey with light grey accents
[X]He felt a slight jolt in his head for a moment, like static electricity from woolly socks.
[X]A Graze attacking Mobile Workers while two other Grazes stood back.

"Aah, fuckbees." Hans growled as he gazed on the situation below. The lone active Graze was absolutely demolishing the Mobile Workers that tried fighting back, only for their inferior ammunition to not even scratch the Nanolaminate armor of the superior machine. Honestly, it was like shooting fish in a barrel.

And it wasn't like these was some random thug outpost, evident by the small shields scattered across the hill with the CGS logo painted on them. So yeah, pretty safe to say that inside those mobile workers were the people who would eventually form Tekkadan. A bunch of uneducated kids who managed to throw off their shackles, and took the job of protecting the noblewoman who promised to bring them happiness.

[] But despite all their efforts, they would be trampled down by the Arianrhod fleet, who were forced to change their tune due to the damage Tekkadan's last stand managed to inflict upon them.
[] Too bad they fell for the silver tongue of a foolish and broken man-child who believed that an idiotic legend would win them the war.
[] And then, she did so, the main fighters of Tekkadan offering themselves to be the foundation for the future of their comrades to blossom.

And now, Gjallarhorn was quite rudely knocking on their doors to take away that very noblewoman, sold out by her very own father. But, if Gjallarhorn forces could be slowed down, then the odds of Mikazuki being deployed in the Barbatos would change the tides of this battle, driving off Crank and Ein after what's-his-face got killed.

[] "Well, I might as well help and buy them some more time." With that in mind, Hans aimed his sniper rifle at the attacking Graze's cockpit. "Sorry Mika, but I'm taking your kill"
[] "Time to cut down a weed before it grows too long." Hans murmured as he aimed his rifle at the Graze that was a bit down and left from the attacking mobile suit, it's stance a bit shaky and uneven, tell-tale sign of its pilot's inexperience.
[] 'I should wait for Mika to emerge.' biting his bottom lip, Hans crouched down with his Mobile Suit, ready to take a shot when Barbatos emerged. If he failed to kill with his first shot, then he'd be up against 3 military-grade Mobile Suits, in this GM that had been laying around for god knows how long.

However, just as Hans was about to take action the third Graze turned towards his location and opened up it's sensor "eye". Panicking, Hans fired, hoping to damage what he figured to be Crank's Graze.

"SHIT!" he cursed as the shot missed, hitting the ground next to the MS. He fired up the thrusters, moving backwards as the other Graze charged right at him. Collapsing the sniper rifle, he drew out his GM's machine gun with his right hand, and opened fire on it to keep the more experienced pilot at bay.

[Unknown Mobile Suit pilot, surrender and identify yourself at once!] A young man ordered on the open communication channel. Hans couldn't help but grin when he heard the voice.

[] What twisted fortune, he'd get to strike down the giant in it's infancy.
[] Well, at least it was Ein, bCD (before Crank's death), instead of an experienced pilot.

Hans didn't reply in words, only shooting back with his Machine gun, only for Ein to dodge most of his shots, a few stray shots managing to scratch the paintjob on the MS. He'd probably need to actually hit to do any actual damage, instead of these light taps.

[Very well then, prepare to face justice!] Ein shouted, zig-zagging towards Hans' machine, intent on defeating this unknown so that he could rejoin with his mentor and finish this mission.

"Adorable." As Ein got closer, Hans retreated backwards, but didn't open fire. He didn't need to win, he just needed to buy time and survive. So if Ein was content chasing after him, then so be it. The further away they got from the battlefield, the less Ein could do to help his comrades.

Hell, maybe if he managed to keep him distracted long enough, Mikazuki could finish off that blonde prick commander and Crank, and if he managed to take out Ein here, or keep him distracted for Mika to take out, then Tekkadan would be able to score score 3 Grazes, or 2, depending on the conditions of the machines after the battle.

Distracted in his thoughts, Hans only noticed how close Ein had gotten when it was within striking distance. Firing up his thrusters, he charged forward with his Shield, pushing the Graze back, Ein trying to slow counteract his push with his own thrusters.

'Phew, that was a bit too close.' Hans thought with a sweatdrop going down his forehead as he increased the thrust. He was maybe a bit too distracted with thinking about the future. He should just focus on the here and now, until he actually got good enough to hold small talk in a fight.

[Ungh, who are you, and where did you get that Mobile Suit?!] Ein practically growled in frustration as the two Mobile Suits battled for dominance, one trying to push the other back.

While Hans would have loved to play the mysterious guy, it seemed like Ein had just gotten an order to retreat, as he broke off from the struggle, and fired his thrusters to the max as he ran away.

"Well then, it seems like the schweinehund just got recalled by his master." Hans sighed in relief, leaning back on the cockpit seat as his whole body relaxed from the small ordeal he had just survived. No doubt the retreat order had come from Crank, who had just seen Mikazuki one-shot what's-his-face, so now little Hans was left with a few choices ahead of him.

[] Head over to the CGS, soon to be Tekkadan base to negotiate an employment deal, and help the Tekkadan kids with their coup d'etat.
[] Wait for the coup while running a few simulations in the GM, then join Tekkadan, then enjoy the Duel between Mikazuki and Crank.

Aaaand cut! I hope you enjoyed the chapter. And yeah, the Newtype question is still ongoing, and will be ongoing until a scene comes where I absolutely have to either use it, or not, which should happen in Tekkadan's first battle with Choco-man, Gali-Gali and schwEINehund.

Chapter 4: The iron seed is planted
Choices from the previous chapter:
[X] And then, she did so, the main fighters of Tekkadan offering themselves to be the foundation for the future of their comrades to blossom.
[X] "Well, I might as well help and buy them some more time." With that in mind, Hans aimed his sniper rifle at the attacking Graze's cockpit. "Sorry Mika, but I'm taking your kill"
[X] Well, at least it was Ein, bCD (before Crank's death), instead of an experienced pilot.
[X] Head over to the CGS, soon to be Tekkadan base to negotiate an employment deal, and help the Tekkadan kids with their coup d'etat.

'Now then, how should I make my introduction?' Hans wondered as he headed back towards the Tekkadan/CGS base, using his thrusters for momentary bursts of speed, as to save up on fuel.

While he would have liked to take his time to run through a simulation, while waiting for Tekkadan's coup to happen, then he'd more than likely be faced with the question of "Why didn't you make contact right after the fight ended?", which would, to say the least, put him in a...questionable spot among the Tekkadan members.

But, on the other hand, by going there right now, he'd have to deal with the dickwaffles that composed most of the First Group. If he got out of his GM, then he held no illusions about them treating him fairly. Best case scenario, they'd lock him up while interrogating him on how to operate it, and where they could get more.

[] "Damned if I do, damned if I don't. Scheisse..." Hans frowned. He might as well go with the option that would put some good word in the Tekkadan forces.
[] Hopefully they won't have anything that can cut into the GM.
[] 'I just hope that they can see reason. Well, long enough for the coup to happen.'

As soon as the mercenary base came into view, he cut off the thrusters, GM's feet digging into the dirt as skidded to a halt. From the screens he could see some of the kids salvaging the broken MWs for spare parts, and the bodies of their brothers. Well, at least until they saw him, at which point, they quickly got into their MWs, with 12 of them coming out of their base, including two custom painted ones, a light blue one and a magenta one. And at the head of them, a commander model with a brown-skinned, light purple-haired youth sitting on it.

[] So, the Guardian, the Fool, and the Trailblazer made it, good, good. It wouldn't do well for some of the main actors and the comedic relief to have perished in the first act. But alas, this wasn't a scene for battle, or at least Hans hoped that it wouldn't become one just yet.
[] "Man, magenta really isn't a good color for that..." Hans mumbled as he looked at the Mobile Worker he figured was piloted by Shino. Not to mention that seeing Akihiro piloting something that didn't have earthly colors just didn't seem right.
[] 'This is kinda adorable, them sending Mobile Workers against Mobile Suits.' Hans thought, wondering if Zaft forces thought the same when they were attacked with Mobile Armors.

Deciding to interfere before he accidentally killed someone important, Hans reached for the open channel communication button and pressed it, a microphone image appearing in the top right corner of the main screen.

"So, is this how the CGS forces treat potential workers? Especially ones who helped them out." He asked jovially as the Mobile Workers surrounded him, not that it would do them any good. If need be, he could just start tossing them around before making his escape, or hell, even take out their base, if he aimed his shots right.

But thankfully, it seemed like the people in charge could listen to reason, as a screen opened up on his main monitor, leaving him helmet-to-face with an angry-looking gentleman, and he used the term "gentleman" lightly, faintly remembering the person as Maruba Arkay.

[So, uh, you want to work for us?] The overweight bastard asked, and Hans couldn't be more glad that his helmet kept his facial features hidden, as his disgusted face would have more than likely made any possible negotiations fail. Hans really didn't like this bastard, who was more than willing to force life-threatening surgeries onto kids, and as if that wasn't enough, he and his men abused them just for the hell of it. Not to mention that this greedy fuckbucket had no problems with running away with most of his company's money.

And to his disappointment, Hans knew that he couldn't let him die, as otherwise, Tekkadan wouldn't run into Naze, or at least it would be less likely.

[] "Correct, and it seems like you're having a bit of a problem with Gjallarhorn." Hans answered, somewhat managing to keep his disgust towards the man out of his voice.
[] He nodded, not trusting himself not to insult the man at the same time.

[...Fine.] Maruba said, more than likely thinking of stabbing him in the back and selling his GM to the highest bidder.

"Glad we could come an agreement, but before any final agreements can come into play, I do have some stipulations."

Maruba didn't say anything, more than likely realizing that he was at the end of his rope, as the Barbatos wasn't operational.

"First off; I want a fair deal, no bullshit of me being owned by the CGS, I've heard of your reputation of abusing your workers, and I ain't taking part as the abuser nor would be part of the abused." Hans said, his words on the open channel heard by the third group forces who were in the Mobile Workers before him, and with a quick glance, he could see from the expression on Orga's face that he ahd heard him loud and clear.

[Alright, and your other stipulation?] Maruba asked. It wasn't like everyone who worked for him took part in teaching these Space rats their place, so one more wouldn't make any difference.

"Rather simple, I own my Mobile Suit, and it's not a property of CGS. But of course, as long as I'm part of CGS, any expenses from my Mobile Suit can be taken from my pay." Of course, he realized how absurdly maintaining a mobile suit would cost, but it wasn't like CGS was long for this world, so no harm in making a deal with something that wouldn't exist for much longer.

[Fine whatever, now we just need to get rid of that Bernstein bitch...] Marudo grumbled, cutting the link.

A speaker phone image popped up on the lower left corner of his screen, with the text: "Voice only" below the speaker phone. [So, I take it you don't much care for Mr. Arkay?] the person on the other end of line, whom Hans recognized as Orga, dub version to be specific.

[] "Not really, Herr Arkay seemed like a bit of an greedy asshole." Hans answered.
[] "Not really, but I think my dislike for Herr Arkay dwarfs in comparison to what you and the rest of the third group feel, or am I wrong?"

Orga let out a small chuckle. [I hear that. C'mon then, follow us.] Hans nodded, following the Mobile Workers, as to not accidentally step on a landmine. Sure, probably would do jack-scheisse to the GM, but hey, better save them for the enemy to stumble into.

[Wow, where did ya get that Mobile Suit?] Another voice, this time one that he didn't recognize asked.

[] "Well... it's a bit of a family relic. You see, my folks were pirates, low-time pirates, but still competent enough to build stuff onto an old frame." Hans explained.{1]
[] "My folks modded on some stuff from a Calamity war-era MS Frame."{2]

[And your parents let you pilot it?]
Orga asked.

"Well, they didn't exactly survive. Had a bad run-in with

[] a ship from the Arianrhod fleet of Gjallarhorn. Told me that they hid it on mars, threw me into an escape pod, and then bought me some time with their lives." Hans hoped that Orga wouldn't press for more info, or at least wouldn't think of him as a threat to the coup.{1]
[] bandits. Told me to get to the MS, which I did, and then proceeded to slaughter every last one of them." Hans said, hoping that Orga would buy his fib.{2]

[Man, that's pretty heavy. Well, I dunno about anybody else, but welcome to the family, the name's Norba Shino!]
The now-revealed Shino says with genuine enthusiasm, no hint of deceit in the young man's voice.

[] "And mine is Hans Ackermann, I hope we can all get along." Hans replied as they entered the base. "Also, do you know who was the Pilot of that Gundam?" he asked. He'd rather know if the pilot of the Barbatos changed from Mika to someone else.
[] "Hans Ackermann, pleased to make your acquaintance. Also, do you know where that white Gundam went?" Hans asked as they entered the base.

[You mean that Mobile Suit Mika piloted? Something came up, and the old man had to go out and help fix it.] Shino answered as the MWs parked into a formation, Hans putting his GM into a kneeling position.

"I see. Anyway, if you don't mind, I'll stay in my GM, in case Gjallarhorn makes another attack." Hans said, cutting the connection, and then shut off the Mobile Suits' main functions, keeping the communication systems on.

More than content in the cockpit, he decided to take a nap. God knows he needed it.

Hans was woken up by the sound of...

[] Knocking on the cockpit door, with Orga on the main monitor, a detonator in hand, the message clear. Come out of the MS, or we'll drag you out.
[] The beeping of the MS' communicator, with Mikazuki on the main monitor, apparently standing in front of the GM's visor, with a piece cardboard in his hands, the text: "Orga wants to talk to you" written on it, obviously written by someone else, as Hans remembered that at this point of time, Mikazuki didn't know how to read nor write at this point in time.

So, how was the chapter?

Checking if anybody's still participating...
Danmachi Gamer Quest? OC or SI?
I'm more or less leaning towards S-I, as that's my usual shtick. Not sure if I'll attempt my other shtick of giving the S-I powers from a different series. Kinda thinking of giving the S-I a class card from Type Moon...

Also might wanna do a interest re-check, see how many people are still participating (i.e. vote)
Yeah, I kinda did that already in the post above, but sure, might as well do it again.

OI! Anybody still participating?
Y/N?

You think that'll get their attention?

"About time." Hans grinned, opening up the communicator call, and he was greeted with the admittedly rare sight of Orga in a MS cockpit, the Barbatos', if the frequency was right. And considering the bandages and bruises on his face, he had already been disciplined by the First Corps members

[] "So then, I assume you've decided to take up arms against Herr Arkay?" Hans asked, his smile hidden by the visor of his helmet.

[] "So, since you're using the Barbatos' communication system to communicate, I assume that this conversation isn't for Herr Arkay's ears?" Hans asked, crossing his arms.

[Seems like you catch on quick.] Orga smiled, no doubt expecting this already. Although, in hindsight, Hans' own answers did paint a pretty clear image.

[So, you in?] Orga asked, and it was at this point that Hans noticed how many of CGS' third group members were loitering around his GM. Were they thinking of using explosives to damage it?

[]"I place my services in your hands, Herr Itsuka." Hans answered, deciding to play it up. No need to go against the flow that would be beneficial for him. "However, for the duration of the coup, I'll stay in my Mobile Suit, incase Gjallarhorn attacks." He'd rather not risk getting assaulted by one of the First Group members. Orga will remember that…

[]"My contract hasn't been finalized, so the winner of this coup will get my help, although I would prefer if it were your group." He wasn't about to make it seem like he was some patsy for him to boss around. "In other words, I won't help either side, and will simply be on the look-out for any Gjallarhorn Mobile Suits." Hans added, deciding to simplify it, incase Orga didn't understand his hint. Orga will remember that…

[Oh don't worry, it'll be over quick] Orga gave a grin, no doubt imagining the look on the First Group's faces when they'd realize what was going on, and if Hans was being honest, the face of someone who realized that not only was he about to die, but to die at the hands of someone you had abused for a long, long time, treating them as beings that were lower than maggots was…

[] Pitiable. Even if he was a bastard, a man should at least die on their feet, looking their executioner straight in the eye.

[] Hilarious. A grin formed on Hans' face as he imagined that sight, the light of hope leaving those eyes, the shrinking of the pupils signaling that realization and adrenaline had set in, the widening of eyes, and the contortions of the skin as the mouth opened up to either beg for mercy or to shout one last insult before their death was like finely-aged wine to him. But of course, the more corrupt the person about to die was, the sweeter that wine would be. And with this GM, and no doubt its eventual replacement, he was going to partake in that sweet, sweet wine.

And it wasn't long after the sun set over the horizon that he was contacted again by Orga.

[We've taken over the CGS, but it seems like Maruba ran as soon as those Mobile Suits left.] he said, waiting to see his response.

[] "Well then, you guys hiring? I'll work for food if funds are low." Hans said in a playfully manner. But in all honesty, he hadn't had anything to eat for a good while now, and while he could still go on for a few more hours, he was feeling a tad woozy.

[] Hans removed his helmet. "So, you guys in need of a sniper?" he asked, giving a playful grin. "I mean, I had this one gig, but my employer ran without paying." Which was good, as the fat bastard would come in contact with the Turbines, unaware that he was granting Tekkadan an entranceway into Teiwaz.

Orga grinned in response [Alright then, get out of that Mobile Suit. I'll introduce you to the rest of the guys.] And now Hans couldn't help but think if Orga was really planning to introduce him to his future colleagues, or if it was just a little set-up for them to threaten him to hand over his GM.

[] But, considering the situation they were in right now, Orga couldn't really afford getting rid of the only other person who knew how to pilot a Mobile Suit, and since the cockpit area of the GM was so snug, it wasn't like they could jury-rig a MW's AV System into it.

[] On the other hand, at this point in the timeline, Orga was a bit more honorable. The boy nor Tekkadan would become truly ruthless until the loss of Biscuit, so he shouldn't be making rash decisions that result in him losing a potential fighter.

So, what'd you guys think? Also, about the Danmachi thing, I'm thinking of replacing that with a Gurren Lagann one, since that one is actually finished, and I have started sketching myself a Ganman(Yes, I know it can be spelled as Gunman, but personally, I prefer Ganman, and it helps me not to confuse it for the other meaning of the word), and yeah, been kinda planning how it would go, so here's an optional question for ya'll:

Would you guys be interested in a Gurren Lagann Gamer Off-Worlder OC fanfic?
Y/N

Also, FYI, there are a few hidden secrets in this chapter...

Sad news everybody...
I have some sad news regarding this quest. I'm dropping this.

Mainly because I really can't come up with anything interesting for this, and I have also noticed that interest has been dropping, so yeah, this quest is dead.

However, I felt like I should at least reveal what I did have planned for the future of this story.

I haven't really come up with a name for this Mobile Suit, but the code-name for it was "Archer", and it's essentially a updated GM built on a Valkyrja Frame, fueled by two Synced Ahab Reactors, with the Ahab Reactor from AX2 fueling the rail-gun.

And some of the special features that me and a helper had planned was to give it a stealth system, meant to fool cameras and radars.

And we had also planned on giving Hans a Haro, similar to the 00 Trinity's Haro, who'd be in charge of weaponry, while Hans handled the piloting.

So, yeah, good bye, my dear readers, I hope you'll move over to the new Quest, that I actually do have planned out.
