You groaned as you awoke, your head pounding like a set of jungle drums, beating you into submission as you groggily raised your head from a cold floor, wood creaking under your fingertips. Wait. Wood?
Bolting upright you stumbled to the side and fell against a cold concrete wall. Everything around you seeming to be lit with a pale blue light, giving the entire room an eerie feel to it. Beyond the fact you didn't recognize any of your surroundings, For your home didn't have blue lights, pale white stones for walls or old, ruined and ripped up floorboards.
The only other things in the room with you were a desk, crushed in half with wood splinters everywhere, a pile of papers all around said desk and finally a hammock hanging by a single string in the corner opposite from you.
'A spartan room' you thought to yourself, but not yours at all.
Shaking your head, the drums slowly quieting and slowly disappearing you looked yourself over, something seeming off. Yeah…
Your hands. They seemed small. You felt tiny right now, more… spritely. "What's going on?" You quietly mused, before recognizing something else wrong. Your voice. A hand went to your throat, your voice sounding so childish and young.
"What." A flat childlike voice said, one that should not be coming from your voice, but nonetheless was.
...You needed a mirror. You needed to know where you were. Looking to the hallway leading out of the room you slowly moved that way, trying to keep your movements silent and wincing each time the wood creaked under your feet, like no-one had been here in years.
Gliding your hands along the wall you entered a dark hallway, the blue light seeming to die off in the middle of the hallway despite there being no actual lights. The light thankfully picked back up as you reached the end of the short hallway coming out into a big room.
You walked down several stone steps, hand resting on an archway, same as all the others lining the rest of the walls. A dozen doors around the rectangular room, or rather more archways that actually seemed to lead into other rooms instead of more stone walls. One large and imposing archway with a skull resting at the very crest of the arch, the actual 'doorway' leading to nothing but more white stone bricks. A small alcove built into the wall beside it with several shelves completely bare of anything, except for cobwebs attracted your attention for just a moment. The floor was a uniform carpeted blue, portions of said carpet seemed to have been torn up by something and showing the creaky and horrid condition wooden boards below.
Finally set up in the middle of the room and dominating it was a table with a set of planets on it, hung from the ceiling by chains and several of which were ripped out of the ceiling, instead laying on the table. Chain and planet in a heap.
Okay. You had no idea where to go or any idea what any of this all was or is. Your eyes roamed over the arches, each with a symbol above them except for several unmarked rooms. One had a clock set in a plaque above the room, no idea what that meant. Another had what seemed to be a treasure chest, perhaps a bank-like room?...A… treasury, right that's what it's called. One with two swords crossed on its plaque and made you think of weapons or something to arm yourself with. Straight up and down lines on another.
Stepping out of your hallway and letting your eyes wander you found the open doorways beside you and the one you came from all had a white square on them. Looking at it for a moment, you thought of it as a pillow and recognized it as a symbol for a bedroom.
Maybe.
Shaking your head you carefully maneuvered quietly through the unknown room and past the planetary sculptures, to the sword room. Wood creaking and moaning under your light feet you stalked down the sword hallway.
And in the sword room slash armory room your eyes immediately focused onto the thing sitting on the far opposite wall.
You found….
[] A sparkling and lively red Gem, a band of gold wrapping all around it in the shape of a dragon, two golden wings running down the side with the dragon's mouth biting down upon its own tail. (The most balanced of all magics when dedicated to combats. Comes with the unique innate ability to read minds.) Divinity : Dragon Commander
[] Slivers of red floating in a jar, taking the indistinct shape of a heart, each piece floating apart from one another and at your best guess only a tenth of it was there, whatever it was. You could just feel the power radiating off of it. (Powerful but unrefined magic that does not come easily but when used it is a force to be reckoned with. May or may not come with a headmate.) Undertale
[] An assortment of weapons and gloves, each seeming to glow with a unique light, pistols that glowed golden, swords that leered menacingly at you, hammers that seemed light as a feather, gloves that just spoke of potential.. (The weakest of them all, in terms of magic it is made up for by magical tools to fight with and the ability to force your magic to any other domain.) Fable
[] A chalice of blue fire, crackling and roaring yet far cooler than it should be. It sparkled and shined in the otherwise dim room, seeming to speak of a devilish energy. (This magic is mostly focused around one's body, greatly enhancing the physique of one's body with various other magical abilities.) Blue Exorcist
So for those who follow my other quests, I am not dropping them. They are going on a hiatus, but before then I plan to give each of the other's at least 5 updates in rapid and short order before focusing on this singular quest for a while. Real life issues and what not getting in the way and all that with handling several quests.
For this quest, everyone can ask a singular question about options or things and depending on how spoilery they are, I might answer them. Predominantly yes most likely.
Crossovers consist of Harry Potter, Blue Exorcist, Undertale, Divinity: Dragon Commander, Fable III. Not in that order.
