It'll be good to be friends with everyone from the start, methinks. I'm okay with a tougher start, since having all 3 origins will hopefully lead to a more interesting story, more interactions with more parts of the world, and more opportunities to gain WP and fix our starting deficit. However, Having a negative standing with a faction, however, might screw us over early if we have enemies sent after us, and create lasting antagonistic relationships that could have otherwise been friendly.
As for Hecate, I imagine having the Goddess of Magic on our side as a witch/wizard and having the relevant boons will be helpful for our growth. Magic seems to do well on the mutant-side as well, so I'm thinking leaning hard into magic, with its power and versatility, will make us extremely capable in the long run and help shore up any deficits we have with effort.
