Playable Midna. c:
My only worry about this game is now gone.
My only worry about this game is now gone.
Midna using The Moon as a Move?
.... Okay, now the only thing that can physically make me want this game more than now is one between Ravio/Yuga/Hilda as playable character.
Yeah, I can totally see someone making a gif like that. How long before we get edits of that gif with the moon as Nintendo and the dragon as Microsoft or Sony?
Apparently that was not so much a Midna move as some sort of powered up Hookshot move?
The plot synopsis makes me uncomfortable.
Lady wants Link so bad she became susceptible to evil manipulations even though someone in her position should be, you know, competent and level headed. Just, ick. That's all kinds of old timey wrongness.
Also, why does evil always make you dress sexy? Why can't the heroes be the kinky ones fighting against the conservative horde? Harrumph I say.
Welcome to Japan! Where the technology is twenty first century, the people are early twentieth century, and the culture is nineteenth century!
Yeah. After Midna's magically enhanced Hookshot failed to take the dragon out of the sky, The Great Fairy from Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask shows up and offers a helping hand.
On a different note. During the playable Demo, there were nine slots on the character select screen. So, do we have any speculation on who the other half of the playable cast is?
Ghirahim called. Also what half the cast of Fire Emblem. Attractive to ladies isn't naked boys.
There are no lack of bad boys in dark sexy outfits in games. The naked male body is attractive, yes, but in code aside of *just* sex it usually means primitive. (See the Gorons, or other lesser class Zelda or game men) A woman in less clothes not necessarily. Its not complete bullshit but a trend. I mean women (and gay and bi men) like them a man in good swimwear. or good man in swimwear or.. anyways I am not going to say you need to like the evil sexy sorceress but at the least its not just "be naked" the assymetrical nudity and and posture and mask shows someone deliberately removing their identity to be something more. Its a costume one side in rich cloth the other in precious jewelry (and her own skin) but no face but a predatory (and aware) smile.Hi, I'm a lady. Adult male bodies are hot. Do you think hetero and bi women aren't attracted to naked male bodies?
The "women like men in clothes" and "men like women not in clothes" thing is complete bullshit. Tends to be that both like both, but men in games are designed to look tough while women are designed to look sexy, and that's a problem if its that stark.
And Ghirahim wasn't hot. He was creepy looking other than in his final form which looked kind of cool. And what does the cast of Fire Emblem have to do with this?
Edit: Here's the thing. Men's character designs are built to look cool and make the player feel cool. Women want this as well. As it is, female character designs tend to be eye candy that just looks silly and impractical instead.
Now, we are getting that from Impa, which is awesome, but its just funny how on the badguy side the girl goes evil and barely wears anything, while the evil guys are fully armed and armored. I guess evil makes women dress sexy and men dress in darker colors?
Look to the upper left of that picture, then to the lower right, just above that girls spell.
Upper Left-Skyward Sword Stalfos.
Lower Right-Ocarina of Time Stalfos.
So it looks like "different iterations" of enemies are confirmed as appearing.
As for the girl herself she is likely related to Cia, either as a fellow "attendant" of the Triforce in training or a relative. She does have the same feathers bound in her hair so there is likely to be some form of connection.
Also while not Hyrule Warriors I just have to post this. The Palutena Smash Brothers Reveal gives us all a look at what we have dreamt of for sometime, what a Legend of Zelda Anime version of Link would look like.
Why do you tease us Nintendo, why?!
Now how much would we pay simply to see a game with cutscenes that have those kind of visuals?
I think it would work best with a "remake" of the original Legend of Zelda which does not include much dialogue like the original and just has cutscenes to "expand" on the plot in order to keep things as minimal as possible.
