... I don't know how, when, or what happened. But I can still remember that day it happens...

I recall when, minutes before the Cyberdemon invaded, a young girl and two P.I.X.I.E.s appeared to warn us and the CPU about a possible threat against our home Nacma and the rest of Gamindustri.

At first - with the exceptions of me, the Oracle and most of the security - they elected to ignore it, especially when the demons invaded and the CPU went to hell (literally!) so she can kill them all. However, there was three things that everyone - including those in Basilicom - should have know about it.

The first, the young girl in question happened to be Ren Ryght, making her the daughter of Rei Ryght the CPU of Tari. The second is that she came into Lanca during the preparation for a war against the neighboring nation, and it is not Tari thankfully (have you seen their technology!? I don't think we could survive against them!).

Which lead to the third fact: the threat that would came into our doorstep? It was her mother, the Tari CPU.

You can see where this is going.

The point of the matter was that our city had gone to hell when those faceless appeared and tried to kill us. Keyword being "tried", cause they got absolutely wrecked by Ren, who came in like a demented Androwolf.

And that happened just after the Cyberdemon invasion, which mother left to kick their asses.

But while she was gone, the continent of Eopra was suddenly attacked by Tari; from those strange sludge-like creatures, a massive Tarians Enforcers, to even those Archwing in orbits were attacking the communications satellites.

It was a miracle that Lanca survived thank to the effort of Ren and her pixie.

Unfortunately, while some of us evacuated into the ground, Ren's mother appeared from nowhere and attacked Lanca; you can see where that was going.

During the battle, Ren left to face off her mother despite knowing she had no chance of surviving. Following her, however, was that young lad who called himself "Azure" - never gave us his real name - who left to find Lady Luteus.

Ever since then, none of them - including the pixies - came back, probably being killed by Blue Heart. And every time I reminded of my past, I always asked myself this:

"¿Did they truly survive? ¿Or they're truly dead?"​

The entire place looked as if it was flattened and burned by a large flaming warhammer wielded by a titan, which isn't far fetched than he thought about it considering what's happening now.

Dropping down from the collapsed building, the brown haired boy grunted as he made a rough landing. Standing up, the boy begin to walk the street - which had looked like it had seen better days - while awaiting the other to arrive.

Hearing a grunt and the sound of boot making contact to the ground, the boy look back to see a blue haired girl - who had simply walk toward the boy - and that little pixie floating alongside side.

"I told you that this is dangerous, you will be killed before doing something meaningful." The blue haired girl spoke as she stopped next to him, with the pixie looking annoyed at the brown haired boy. "Unless, of course, you are a suicidal idiot whose plan were charging straight head-on, then be my guess."

"I don't really much care about what you think of me." The brown haired said as he turned to face her while walking backward. "I have a duty to fullfil, and I am not going to leave Lady Yellow Heart by herself as she face your mother." This ended up making the floating AI looking more annoyed while Ren gave the boy a look of displeasure.

"Seriously? Don't tell me you're one of those fanatical who worship as if she's your mother. That'll be a real pain in the ass." The platinum blonde haired little pixie said as she float besides Azure, who looked annoyed at the remarks. "Why I bet you might as well have a life doll of your goddess so tha-"

"Croire, don't." Azure interjected as he quickly turn back so he can follow the road. "I am not as fanatical as those crazy overzealous cult that I have heard about." He told Croire while not looking at her.

"Whatever." Croire said as she rolled her eyes, then the pixie float right in front of Azure and stare right at the figure. Azure look to be 16 to 17 years old (not surprising since he really is 16) with blue eyes and short brown hair; currently, the boy is wearing the basic armor worn by the Nacma Special Force: a red power armor with black on some part. On the boy's hand is a Plasma Lance that glow gold, with a Plasma Machine Gun strapped on his back and a handgun. "Where are you going, anyway?"

"The Basilicom."

"Basilicom? Why going there? There's nothing that could point you toward there!" Croire pretty much yell at the boy as the three continue on making their way toward their destination. Azure turned to stare at the pixie with a stoic expression.

"Because, should Lady Yellow Heart come back from hell, the first thing she'll do is to check up on the Basilicom to find her Oracle, just so she can find out what happened." Croire blinked at his response, finding his reasons to be logical.

Though, Croire noted, CPU had a tendency to be unpredictable; but it's a start, nonetheless.

Turning a corner, the three stop as they see a blockage in a form of a burning collapsed building. Fortunately there is a shopping mall next to them, albeit with some of those sludge within, meaning that they can go around the collapsed building and get much closer to the Basilicom.

"We can go through the shopping mall, Ren. I know my way around the place too, so we wouldn't had to worry about getting lost." Azure told the Tari princess as he's about to go in.

Then he feel Ren grab his shoulder, making him turn to the blue haired girl.

"Actually, we could just climb up the building. Save us the time to get the other side." She suggested as the girl point at the collapsed building, where the brunette noticed some part of the ledge can be use to climb up.

Part of Azure knew that she is weary of those sludges, since Ren know what they are after all. And frankly, so does Azure considering that he had witnessed them in action...

... It was very fucked up man.

But even so, taking a shortcut would mean lot of risk while trying to cross through the building, and it's not just from the fire. Inspecting the building, Azure noticed that - despite the condition - it had a makeshift pathway to the roof of the mall, allowing them to cross through.

Hmm... So he could either take a shortcut and go to the roof, or go through the mall full of sludges...

Decision, decision...

Azure should...
[ ] Simply go through the mall, despite the large risk involved, since there's a chance that there's something within the collapsed building that make take him by surprise.
Azure, Ren and Croire will go through the mall, possibly face off whatever lurk in there and waste precious time to find Yellow Heart.

[ ] Goes through with Ren and climb up the collapsed building. He's not going to risk getting slimed by those monsters in it, even if the roof might have a chance of getting ambushed by some flying enemies and Azure isn't athletic enough for this.
Azure, Ren and Croire will climb through the collapsed building - which is on fire by the way - to get on the rooftop. While there's a chance that they'll be ambushed by air units, Azure isn't athletic enough to get up in a short time.

[ ] Split up into two groups, with Ren and Croire going into the roof. They might get there before him, but Azure have faith that she know her way around the place, and he had a feeling that he might need some sort of support from the roof.
Azure, Ren and Croire will split up, with Azure going into the mall by himself. Since he know his way around the place, he can goes through the mall and reach the other side and will conveniently have some of cover support from Ren.

Azure's skills with spear is a complete masterful, even by the people of his age standard. So skillful with his spear that Azure had even invented a fighting style of his own, something that is noteworthy even for someone at that age.

Effect: +50 Technique bonus when using spear; can use higher level of skills.

Skills:
Gale Thrust - Thrust the spear to shoot out a powerful wind and pierce through their armor. [Cost: 10% Stamina; 1 Action Point]

Rain Thrust - Let out a barrage of thrust against multiple targets in front of you. [Cost: 25% Stamina, 2 Action Point]

Javelin Throw - Throw your spear through the enemies in line, before sprinting toward the last enemy with your spear and pull it out of it's chest. [Cost: 25% Stamina, 2 Action Point]

Azure have a lot of experience with Hamon despite being 16, due to training it's uses since 12. While not at the level of a master, Azure can safely say that he could take on stronger enemies and win without back up for a few minutes.

Effect: +40 Technique from using any Hamon skills; recover 4 Hearts (16 HP) with each turn as long as he have stamina (cost 10% Stamina; can learn Expert Tier Hamon Skills.

Skills:
Hamon Boost - Temporary boost Strength, Vitality, Agility and Technique. (3 Turns) [Cost: 20% Stamina, 1 Action Point]

Zoom Punch - Stretch your arm toward far away target to punch their face. [Cost: 20% Stamina, 1 Action Point]

Zoom Grapple - Stretch your arm out to grab hold a far away target and pull it toward you. [Cost: 25% Stamina, 2 Action Point]

Hamon Healing - Heal any injured people through the use of Hamon, restoring 50% of their Hearts. [Cost: 30%, 1 Action Point]

Silver Edge - Metal can also conduct Hamon, allowing any weaponry that are made of metal to inflict more damage against the enemy. [Cost: 10% Stamina, 1 Action Point]

Overdrive Mode - The next attack or skills will cause x5 more damage against enemies. [Cost: 50% Stamina, 2 Action Point]

Sunlight Overdrive - Release a barrage of punches against enemies, while releasing Overdrive Mode for maximum damage against foes. (Cost: 60% Stamina, 3 Action Point)

Azure learn how to use a gun, and had known most of the basic use of them. While not on the level of an expert, Azure is good enough to use it in conjunction with his spear.

Effect: +30 Technique bonus when using gun; can use handgun, assault rifle, SMG, and LMG.

Skills:
Critical Shot - Aim your gun and shot for the enemy's vital part. Should the shot be a critical, then the target either dies instantly or become gravely injured depending on the enemies. [Cost: 1 Action Point, 1 Bullet]

Spray Shot - Shoot out a swarm of bullets toward the enemies in front of yourself, but not enemies who are behind or besides you. [2 Action Point, 2 Bullets]

Shredder Gun - Blast away enemies cover to better get a shot at the enemies without hitting at it. (LMG Skills) [Cost: 2 Action Point, 2 Bullets]
