[X] On the other hand... they're not, actually doing anything to anyone. Their deaths, right now, are entirely unnecessary. Shit, maybe they'll come in handy for a demonstration. The point is, killing them right now doesn't actually benefit you in any way aside from guaranteeing your peace of mind.

[X] What do you want to name this company? Process Inc.
[X] Repair Work: Everything from Electronics to Vehicles, and House hold Appliances to Hunter Weaponry
- We literally have the Process, basically anything that is not Dust itself can be scanned in, then assimilated, and then reformed into a working product... we can even offer a guarantee to keep them fixed for a set time afterwards. In fact we could make a great profit off of that part of the industry as well. Anything that is not dust can be guaranteed for repair by us.

- [X] In fact this can be used for the short to medium term. We can have the Process in those area's monitor the Grimm that no one knows about and start recording details about them, especially ways to kill them easily for huntsman. Long term We plan on killing off all Grimm Everywhere of course but until we basically saturate the entire planet with Process there will be Hunters that will go out to fight grimm. Might as well anonymously provide the world information on these new grimm species. Might even be able to cash in on such info bounties for your company so you can start purchasing land sooner! Then you can access that Dust! :D

I like it very well thought out.

Lumen chatting to some guy and more than slightly flirting with him

...Was Lumen always gay and I forgot and/or missed the social cues to realize? Or is he just a massive flirt and goes for everyone, guys and girls?

"Do you know what it takes to get grass stains out of white hems?"

Can't Jaune just Process the grass staining it?

Like looking at a piece of paper someone had written on, over and over and over again, until it's nothing but a wall of ink and indentations.

So the most recent season revelations are probably canon then?

The death of an Academy Headmaster would be a severe blow to a Kingdom's resolve and national firepower?

I love how our sword first thinks of the big picture issues rather than morals. That's ... utilitarian of it? Greatest good for the greatest number of people right?

    • We are unable to interact with pure Dust on the same level as other molecular matter.

Keep us from just printing money whenever we want it I see. I love how that's just a minor inconvenience though

Process presence in City of Vale bedrock has reached 400km² in area, covering the Port District and large parts of the Commercial and Industrial Districts.

What's the third dimension to that area though? There's a massive volumetric difference between 1 cm depth and 1 km depth with that much area.

Thoughts about our dust supply:

We basicly upended the planet's dynamics with this alone. the sheer amount of dust involved basicly nullifies all mid term scarity concerns even before we start reducing dust dependence via the process.
This also means we can undercut SDC on supplying the dust needs of the military which will give us significant influence. we can easily undercut SDC then stack that with discounts for the militiary, huntsmen and the acadmeies with a side Bulk order discount. This will solidly put Ironwood, ozpin, who ever is running Shade, and the leaders of every kingdom's military on our side for pushing new regulations on all debt colonies (all debts annuled after X years in a colony no matter the size, safety and comfort requirements, manditory goverment oversight on all such facilties) if we can't shut them down outright.

[X] DED- They're Grimm. Get rid of them before something bad happens, it's just common sense.

Interesting that Ozpin could sense the soul scanning. Wonder how?

I'll hop on this train. We have Processed their entire nest, right? All we need to do is give the word and kill them any time we like. Wait til we gain some advantage, or see a need to.

"... So… you… don't remember pretty much wiping out half of Junior's goons with your girlfriend and saving me about 20 minutes of work?"

So what I'm hearing is that Yang has had a very different first impression of Weiss. :V

Creme and Yang are currently hugging and yelling about it being great to see the other again, it's been so long, how've you been oh they know each other, of course.

Holy shit Yang's friends aren't just a one-off-thing in this universe.

Knowing the Process?

My guess is the entire bedrock layer, which isn't a flat plane and has variable depth.

They're thorough like that.

So, the potential issue with undercutting the SDC on everything is thus:
They're massive. A full-blown cyberpunk MegaCorp. They produce everything. Through their sheer size, they are actually and legitimately "too big to fail," due to the sheer number of people they employ and amount of critical global infrastructure they are responsible for.
If we start messing that up before we're ready to create jobs to replace all the ones the SDC failing would end? We will crash the global economy. Hard. If we aren't ready to take over the infrastructure? Kingdoms fall, everyone dies.
And that's before we even get into the other problem. Where do you think Papa Schnee is gonna cut costs and try to increase productivity first, in the event of new competition? We will just make life WORSE for the Faunus in the debt colonies if we squeeze them too hard, too soon.
The long term goal should be ending ol' Jack Frost's bullshit. But we need to make sure we don't go off half-cocked and make everything worse.
Seriously just look at that circle. Damn it is big
That seems far too big. A 400 square kilometer circle should only be around 22 kilometers in diameter.

I just want to know what would happen if Jaune walked up to Ozpin and asked him something along the lines of, "What is wrong with your soul?"

He'd probably get an answer along the lines of, "It's a Semblance thing" and that'd be it. Unless Ozpin is aware of the Process and its potential he's got no reason to reveal anything to some rando trainee with a weird Semblance.

I mean, on the other hand, Ozpin does a lot of things that don't make a whole lot of sense.

[X] Plan: Being Smart about this.

Man, that's a well thought out plan actually. I forgot the Library was a thing that existed, best to get some data for first.
Name feels lame though.

In other news, I started my first year of college recently.
Shit got existential when I realized that I got to college about the same time Jaune got to beacon.

I'm willing to change the name to whatever. I don't care about it. Call it future tech for all I care.
