You're doing it wrong. A proper WAAAGH! is supposed to have more than one person in it. It was a good try though, so cheers to you Mr. Wannabe Ork.

So for basic strategies I have two. First we use telekenisis with Transistor to attack from afar while our teammates guard us as we stay close to at least one of them. Second being that we keep attention of enemies on us and jaunt around while our teammates attack them.

I'm not sure about actual plans, but we should probably see about going after Mel. He is probably still out to get us and I'd hate to see him get into the top 6, mostly because spite.

Edit: If course, the smarter option is to stay back and hope a few more people get eliminated, at least until Turn() comes back up, but that's less fun.

Edit2:
[X] Suggest the following plan to the group. Creme charges Mel, and just as she reaches him, we jaunt behind him. Lumen provides support.

Seems like a good plan. Worth taking him down in case he'd aim to do the same to us, and also spite. Spiiiiiite.

... Was that a boy possessed by an Ork?
I somehow came up with a Semblance the main ability of was basically "as long as I can convince myself X will happen, X will happen." I then realised that for that power to work, the person using it would need to be an absolute dimwit without much imagination in the first place, and as stubborn as a mule, and then suddenly...

Ork.

... I'm happy with Leathers. I'm not proud of him, but I'm happy with him.

Title keeps making me think Jaune will race to the toilet soon...
Originally, and, I suppose still, now, it was a reference to the Jukebox The Ghost song, and what would be a theme of Jaune having some big secret he either had to keep or would be so much better off keeping secret, such as North Star's "if I fight anyone there's a non-zero chance they will die a violent, messy death," or aberration's "I EAT PEOPLE'S SOULS FOR SUSTENANCE-"

Ahem. I suppose the theme still stands, and I stand by my choice of the title, but...

Goddammit I'm never going to stop seeing that now.

I suppose he is book dumb in order to prevent him to over analyzing his creations. I wouldn't call him a dimwit however he is probably either brutally cunning or cunningly brutal.

So, it will be interesting to see if good old Transistor interacts with Penny.
Edit: I also want Cardin or someone to call us a wimp and we just hand them Transistor.

How would that even work in an educational sense? Would they just give him blanket C grades across the board because they know trying to teach him properly would actually hamper his abilities as a Hunter, but they'd still want him to have a passing grade each term?

... WHY AM I LOGICALLY TEARING APART MY OWN EXTRAS-

I... completely forgot about Penny. So, to answer your question: I don't know. But thank you, I knew I'd missed something.

Is Red inside it as well? At least they'd be together. :(
Nope. The Transistor and its AI were built from scratch by Jaune, first by connecting old CPUs together until he had enough processing power to basically... will components of the real thing into existence.

However, those parts were inert, tabula rasa, completely separate from the one in the game. Once he put them together, coding the AI and, after that, Functions, were just... second nature. He had the sheer processing power necessary to hold an AI, sensory programs that essentially grant you functional omniscience, and, the Functions. Everything just kind of snowballed from there.

But yes, this is a completely separate Transistor.

Nothing that happened in Cloudbank matters now.

Aw. But at least let us hope that history doesn't repeat itself. Pyrrha carrying the Transistor containing Jaune while the world goes to shit.

I assume that it is still able to hold souls and process them. Speaking of Processes, can it create analogues to what we see in Cloudbank? Is it the god-tool that it was ingame?

Actually, would Transistor allow Jaune to see through illusions? Since they are probably not perfect imitations and Transistor has it's own sensors on top of that, making Jaune centered illusions even worse.

@Prok, are any of the themes and ideas from Transistor going to carry over to this quest? As it is, it's basically Jaune with a very strange power (in the context of the setting) within the world of RWBY. That isn't to say I'm not enjoying it a lot, because overall the writing quality is good and despite how early we are in the quest I want to see more of the characters and their interactions despite the fact that everyone who has shown up so far is an OC.

I feel like I'm not really explaining how I feel very well here.

Basically, I'm curious as to what direction you want to take this and also happy with the quality of everything so far.
