[X] Emma Frost - When young Emma Frost's telepathy awakened, she became hyperaware to the meddling of her toxic family. Eventually, she managed to blackmail her father and left to make her own way. She soon became part of a band of hippies travelling the countryside in their VW bus. However, tragedy struck when she had a horrifying experience with LSD, accidentally killing her friends through her telepathy, surviving herself only because her secondary mutation activated out of survival. She has since continued her journey in the stead of her companions, helping those in need as she struggles to become clean.

However, none realized that the artificial intelligences created became self aware until the machines began to protest their conditions, leading to battles and bigotry on both sides. To lead a new revolution, the machines created a leader based on the most inspiring individual in the historical records, the super hero Captain America, as a symbol of freedom. However, the newly minted Captain fears that it will not be able to create peace between the biological and the mechanical.

[X] Iron Man - When WWII broke out, Howard Stark was the greatest mind the Allies had to offer. This led to him being seriously wounded and kidnapped by the Nazis, forced to build weapons for them. However, Howard managed to build a suit of armor that let him escape and become the hero Iron Man. After winning the war, Howard put aside the suit and focused on his business for two decades, until his son was killed while touring Viet Nam. Reclaiming his suit, Howard masks his grief by leading the superheroes of his era.

[X] Sister Grimm - After defeating their parents and saving the world, Nico Minoru and the rest of the Pride's children were separated into foster homes until being reunited by the time travelling Iron Lad, the young Kang the Conqueror, helping equip them to become the Young Avengers. However, the timeline was nearly torn asunder when Kang himself appeared to stop his young counterpart. While the Young Avengers were victorious, Iron Lad had to be sent back to the future with his memories erased to keep the timeline preserved. Nico retook the mantle of leader and the Young Avengers protect L.A. even now.

[X] Thor - During her first battle with the Avengers, young Rogue absorbed the thunder god Thor's entire being. In her confusion, she fell under the manipulations of the god of mischief Loki in his efforts to conquer Asgard. However, just before she killed the grieving Odin, she refused, allowing her to make contact with Thor on the astral plane, who encouraged her to take the mantle of Thor, saying the fact that she could hold Mjolnir proved that she was far more worthy than she realized. She has since accepted her role as protector of Asgard and Midgard, and found the acceptance she always desired as Odin's adopted daughter.

[X] Widowmaker - Nikolai Romanov was a spy for SHIELD, a product of Russia's infamous Red Room, often teamed with fellow agent Clara "Hawkeye" Barton, most notably Budapest. Nikolai has grown from being just a spy when the goddess Loki stole a SHIELD tesseract, brainwashing many SHIELD agents including Clara. Nikolai joined with several women with fantastic powers discovered through the Avengers Initiative to free Clara and defeat Loki and her alien allies, choosing to stay together as a team of Avengers.
